"You're free to go," said a portly officer as he removed the handcuffs from Jimmy's wrists. Jimmy stood up with a slight smirk on his face and walked out the station door into the crisp air of the night. Uncle Lucas was already waiting outside in a gray station wagon. They gave each other a subtle nod as Jimmy entered the passenger door, and the car sped from the lot onto the empty streets of the night.
"I have another debt I need you to collect for me. His name is James," said Lucas as he passed Jimmy a small card.
Jimmy accepted the card without a word, and the sedan came to a slow halt outside an old apartment complex on the west side of town. Jimmy opened the glove box, pulled out a silenced pistol, and stepped out the car onto the street. Lucas drove off to circle the block while his nephew worked.
Jimmy opened the card. James. 15000. 3A.
"Simple enough," Jimmy said to himself as he pulled a lighter from his breast pocket and lit the card on fire. He pocketed the pistol and entered the apartment complex.
