The week at school was boring. It was full of boring lessons and bullying. My cheek was sore and bruised from when Louis's friends, or whatever they are, beat me in the bathroom stall. It was now Friday and Louis was taking me out for tea, this time I told my mum, but I did mention to her not to get her hopes up. I still wasn't 100% sure on this date.
I had dressed up in nice casual, like Louis mentioned to me today. So, similar to my outfit I wore on our other date, I wore black jeans and a black button up shirt. It wasn't fancy really, but it wasn't too casual.
"Niall! He's here" my mum called from downstairs.
"Okay!" I called back.
I took a deep breath, ran a hand through my hair quickly then grabbed my phone as I left my room. I walked down the steps quickly and stopped in the living room where Louis sat again waiting for me. He was wearing something similar to me, and didn't have his jacket on. Which was odd, I don't think I've seen him out of it before.
"Hi" I smiled shyly at him. He smiled at me and opened his mouth to speak, until my dad cut in.
"Home before 11. I trust you bring him back safe" he said to Louis. My dad could be a little intimidating sometimes and this was one of those times.
"Yes Mr Horan" he nodded. "Um, are you ready?" he stood up and walked toward me. He took my hand and we walked out the house.
He led me to his car and opened the door for me, I climbed in and let him close the door for me as well.
When he got in himself and took off down the street, he spoke to me again. He seemed more confident again, and I felt better. Confident Louis was what I was used to at school.
"How's your face?" he asked, then spoke again, realising what he said didn't sound the nicest. "I mean, after they hit you" his voice was softer.
"Um, it's okay" I replied honestly. "It's not that sore, better then on Monday" he nodded.
"I hope you like pizza" he changed the topic.
"Are you being serious?" I asked, he glanced at me for a moment, not sure how to take my statement. "I love pizza"
"Great"
Five minutes later and he pulled up into a car park in front of the pizza place named Lugi's. I smiled at the place. I hadn't been to this place, it was a newish place, compared to the other places here, but it was also because I like to stick to my pizza place.
Louis got out and opened my door for me, he took my hand and as we walked towards Lugi's he locked his car behind him.
"You're letting me pay for this tonight. Okay? I'm not standing fown this time" I blushed and looked down.
"Okay" I whispered.
We walked in and Louis walked up to the front desk and Louis smiled at the girl. She blushed like mad and looked down.
"Hi, reservation for Tomlinson" she looked at the book, then nodded.
"Yes, Table 5" she pointed to a table set for two people in the corner of the room.
"Thank you, Kim" Louis said, looking at the tag the waitress wore.
He led me to the table and we took our seats. He picked up a menu and looked over it.
"So, I was thinking, we could share a pizza, I don't normally eat a whole one to myself" Louis said. "What pizza do you like?"
"Uh" I scratched the back of my head. "Any" he smirked.
