-Derek's pov
I lean down into her as she intertwined her fingers around my neck. I touch my lips to hers and can feel her tense up, as if scared I'll pull away, but my minds made up. I want her. I press myself against her and let her relax into me. She pulls away slightly, resting her head on my chest, I move my hands to her waits and kiss her forehead. I feel her smile. I time my heart beat to hers and soon were breathing as one, moving as one. She's now a part of me and no matter how hard I try, I know, I'll never be able to not care for her. The sound of far away foot steps brings me back to reality. I jerk my head up and take a whiff of the air.
"Who is it?" Chloe asks,
"Lauren." I tell her and feel her sigh.
"Chloe, Derek, come here." As if on cue she beckons for us. Chloe rolls her eyes,
"Coming." She calls. Disappointed the moments over I start to step away. Suddenly she grabs my arm and pulls me down into another quick kiss. She giggles and whispers,
"To be continued." Before ducking out of the dense forest we took cover in.
