Ok so this is what happened after the jedi Cruiser picked up Anakin, Aayla, Ahsoka, Rex and Bly off of the planet (and I'm going to assume Obi Wan was the one picking him up cuz why not) I don't own star wars (sadly)
As the ship landed in the hanger, Obi Wan waited for his friends to get off as he was worried for Anakin because the last thing he heard was that Anakin may be in a critical condition. As Anakin, Aayla, Ahsoka, Bly and Rex walked walked off the ship, with a sepratist prisoner "Anakin, are you alright? What happened this time?" Obi Wan questioned his former Padawan "He was in an explosion, He held of it off long enough for us to escape but I went back for him" Ahsoka told the jedi master "And the prisoner?" Obi wan asked "War crime, attacked neutral people that couldn't defend themselves, master" Anakin stated "Rex, Bly take him to the detention area, Anakin come with me, you need medical attention" Obi wan said "Yes, master. Ahsoka go and train, I'll join you if Obi Wan lets me leave" Anakin replied
They head off in their separate directions Rex and Bly to the detention area, Ahsoka to the training room and Anakin and Obi Wan towards the med bay
Anakin and obi wan arrived in the Med bay and Anakin was tested "Two broken ribs, nothing in the vactor tank shouldn't fix" Obi wan said looking at the results
