Pace after pace.

Meli..oda..s

Breath after breath

El..iza...b-beth

M-meliodas..!

The end was near.

"Eliza..beth..? Where are you.. AARGH!" He grunted as another blast came shooting by.

N-no..

This..can't be it... i-its h-happening..again! I'm l-los...ing everyone. She thought.

No.. I h-have to stay str...ong f-for everyone ive e..ver lov-

Silence.

Elizabeth had been shot with a huge blast, right before Meliodas' eyes. He stood there for a second. Emotion unable to be seen. Eyes. Shadowed by his bangs. The world slowly spiralling around him.

Elizabeth!!

B O O M !

Another blast. Only it hit Meliodas instead. They werent dead.. Not yet at least. It had only been a miracle to endure even the tiniest amount of life, after being hit by the blasts of the most powerful, The gods.

"M-m-m-eli..oda-a-a.." Multiple tears slid down her pale cheeks. She used all the strength that she had left to crawl over to him and heal him.

"E-eliza..beth?"
"I'm sorry, Meliodas." She smiled, yet cried at the same time, her hand cupped around his cheek.
"Elizabeth don't worry, we're going to get through this." He worried as he tried to stop her blood loss. The clock was ticking.

"I l-love you Meliodas."
"I love you too elizabeth! So so so much. But dont say that!" He cried.
"W-we'll meet again." She kissed him as her eyes slowly closed and her hand fell from his cheek.

"Elizabeth?" He shook her lightly.

She's gone.

"ELIZABETH!!!??" He screamed as his cheeks flooded with tears.
