Elizabeth's POV:

I was reading the envelope that came through the tavern mail a few moments ago.

To: Miss Liones

"You brought me sunshine when I only saw rain.
~
You brought me laughter when I only felt pain.
~
Everyday with you gives me a thrill. All my dreams you richly fufill.
~
I'm a fool for your charms, you belong in my arms. Love me please say that you will."

From Anonymous.

Who in Brittania could've written this for me? I mean... It could be Sir Meliodas. My face blew up! No no no what am I thinking, he'd never like me like that! And plus, why would he send it in the tavern mail instead of just giving it to me? It could be my father.. But he already loves me and I already love him.

Maybe it's my mother calling from the other side. Maybe she finally accepted me for trusting a demon. No.. she hates me doesn't she? I threw my pillow across the room and pouted.

I sighed. I shook my head and stood up from the bed. I walked out, heading downstairs to see everyone gathered there.

"Good morning Diane. Good morning Lady Merlin, Sir Escanor. Sir Ban, Sir King, Sir Gowther. Good morning Sir Meliodas. I hope you all slept well." I greeted with a slight smile.

"Well Good Morning Elizabeth." Meliodas greeted me with his usual grin on his face, approaching me to proceed his usual morning cop a feel.

"Morning Princess~." Sir Ban greeted as he handed me my breakfast. I started eating his wonderful cooking when I was questioned by Sir Meliodas.

"Elizabethhh~ Is everything okay?"
"Y-yes. Everything is fine, s-sir Meliodas. Why do you ask?"
"Well because you did stutter And you don't usually act in such a manner."
"I-i." I paused. "I'm okay."

"You know you can talk to me about anything, ne, Elizabeth?" He whispered into my ear which sent shivers down my spine.

I only responded with a simple nod, before continuing to eat my breakfast.

Few hours passed and the same thing that had been on my mind since this morning, was still on my mind! The end of the day was coming and i needed to ask sir Meliodas.

Third Person's POV:

~KNOCK KNOCK~
Perfect timing.

"Yes? Come in." Elizabeth called as Meliodas walked into their room.

"Sir Meliodas?" She asked
"Hm?"
"There actually was something i wanted to ask. This morning i got an envelope with my name on it. And uh.. i-i was wondering if you knew of anyone who could've written it?"

Meliodas completely froze, thinking that she wouldnt have asked about the envelope at the time. His bangs were covering his eyes meaning you could see no emotion. He couldn't do it, he couldn't tell her anything about that envelope. Otherwise he'd be making a huge mistake.

"S-sir melio"-
"Elizabeth..It was Hawk."
"H-hawk?" She asked, confused.
"Yeah. He wanted me to write it for him. He said it was supposed to be a sign of his appreciation, Which is why you didn't see him today because he was shy."

Ah. He pulled that one off pretty easily, huh.

"Oh.." Elizabeth looked down at her feet because she thought she'd have a chance with Meliodas.

"I'm sure he'll open up to you one day. But in the mean time, don't talk to him about it. I don't think he'd bd very comfortable with that." Meliodas sighed. He hated lying to elizabeth and it was only a matter of time before she found out everything.

Let's face it. We all knew who ACTUALLY wrote that letter xD
