"Wait!"

"Ma'am, observe silence please and bakit po?" She's giving me a cold tone. I know for a fact that something or someone is bothering her.

"I'm sorry and uh.. is something bothering you? You look... pale."

"Oh it's nothing important ma'am, just worried about our presentation, Excuse me ma'am Mr.Sheen is waiting." Then she left me wondering.

Well that's a first I saw Carlene like that. I better get in to the bottom of this.

*knock knock*

"Hey, sunshine" Smooth as always.

"Good Morning Mr.Sheen." Alis ka na please.

"No need to be so formal Athena, parang wala tayong pinagsamahan." Then he gave me a wink. Ayos na sana tong si Jay e, hayop nga lang.

"Okay Jay, what do you want?" I removed my attention off him and started writing random notes on my notebook. I really don't like his prescence in my office since last night.

"Well can I take a seat first?" Sige, i-uwi mo na lang yung sofa ko dito sa office, makipag-usap ka na lang sa hangin.

"Sure." I'm not even giving him a glance even though he's an eye candy.

"I just wanted to say sorry Athena..." Ulol! I can't even.. Kung ibang tao ka lang jusme!

"Sorry for what?" Giving my most sarcastic voice. Aba! Hindi ba nya alam na pinagkakatiwalaan ko sya?

"It's just that I couldn't control my feelings for y--" I cut him off. Well that's just absurd.

"Jay.. you know what I feel for you, all I can see in "us" is just bestfriends. Nothing more nothing less." I'm trying not to loose eye contact with him so that he knows how serious I am.

"But please, give me a chance Athena if you really think there's no hope... You ca-" I cut him off again.

"Jay..." I held his right hand between mine.

"After what you did last night? Do you think I'll ever give you a chance?" I stared at his eyes intently.

"I know, I know I was a complete jerk and I'm sorry, I'll accept the fact that you don't like me as your boyfriend but can you still accept me as your bestfriend?" Hay nako Jay! Alam mo naman hindi kita matitiis e! Nakakainis! Why do you have to be so.. ugh!

"First kiss ko kasi yun e! Nakakainis ka!" Oo na mababa na nga yung reason! E kasi! Tinuturing kong sacred ang first kiss... na ibibigay ko yun sa taong pinakamamahal ko and of course kasama na yung making love.

"Hahaha, sorry na nga e, pero... want your second?" Aba aba, namumuro ata eto. May pangisi-ngisi ka pa ha.

"Shut up." I rolled my eyes at him.

"Can I kiss your hand instead?" I can feel my face burning up. He's now holding my hand waiting for my response.

I just nodded. Damn. He looks hot just wearing his white v-neck shirt and jeans. And his smile! It's to die for! Now he's smirking then he kissed my hand.

"Happy now?" Okay kinilig din ako sa ginawa nya but I can't feel any special connection to him.

"Happiest man alive."
