The beginning

  In a time in the present, there was a girl named Ella Withers. She was beautiful, with big eyes and all.

  Just one feature stopped her from being the prettiest girl around: her dark purple hair which didn't fit in with her other features. It looked as if it belonged with the witches who were in the fantasy books, on their green, ugly heads. Ella hated her hair. She wished she had red or blond or black hair, just not dark purple.

Ella went to Longville Middle School. She actually really liked the subjects, the teachers there. The only thing that made her middle school experience a living nightmare was bullies. They would tease her about her dark purple hair, saying she was a evil witch with makeup to disguise her green skin. Ella always wondered if it was actually the bullies who were disguised witches who had come to Earth to make her life a living nightmare.
