Ella's living nightmare

  All of a sudden, the bus driver hit the brakes as he finished the last turn which caused Ella to bump into the jock sitting next to her. The jock turned slighty to looked at her and punched her in the stomach. Ella screamed. Angelina and her sidekicks laughed like there was no funnier thing other than Ella getting punched by an angered jock. 

  One of Angelina's followers yelled, "What has Ella done to anger Jacob?" The whole bus cracked up even the nerds who had their head buried in the textbooks laughed too. Jacob shouted, "That bitch Ella bumped into me!" The whole bus laughed even more!

  Ella sighed as the bus door swung open and everyone charged out. Jacob got out last but not before he tangled Ella up with the seat belts and shoved her under the seats. Ella was left in the bus with the bus driver. The bus driver closed the bus door. Ella saw this and screamed, "Help! I'm still in here!" The bus driver frowned and opened the bus door. Then he yelled, "Get out now!" Ella yelled back, " I can't!" "Why? Are you disabled?" asked the driver. Ella answered, "No, I'm not disabled, thank you very much. I can't get out because I'm stuck underneath a seat with two seatbelts tying me up. " "Oh, no wonder but you should have told me earlier!" With that, he stood up and started peeking under all the seats. Finally, he found Ella under a seat tied up and with the metal part of the seatbelts swinging dangerously close to her face. Then he put the metal part of the seatbelt on the seat so it wouldn't hit her when she got out and reached his hands under the seat and freed her. Ella then carefully crawled out. The driver said, "Don't worry, I put the metal part on the seat so it wouldn't hit you. " Ella breathed with relief. He opened the door so she could get out. She hurried out immediately, afraid that she'd be late.

  She dashed to the school entrance and was about to walk to her class when a teacher blocked her way and said, "Where do you think you're going?" Ella replied, "To class, miss. " "You're late," said the teacher and gave Ella a detention slip and a late pass, "You'll have to serve detention afterschool today. Am I understood?" "Yes, miss, " Ella said quietly. 

  As she rushed her way to class, Ella looked at the late pass. The teacher had writen unexcused on her pass, hence the detention slip. She sighed and quickened her pace. As she walked into Math class, she saw Mr Philips glaring her. He said sarcasticly, "How nice it is to have Miss Withers join us today. " Then he continued, "You're already late! Would please hurry up and find a seat, Miss Withers?" Ella looked around the room and found a seat next to Elizabeth Clements and sat down. Then for the whole of Math class, she sat up and tried to pay attention. After Math ended, Mr Philips asked Ella to his desk and when she arrived, he said, "Ella, why were you late today?" To his question, Ella was speechless. Mr Philips tapped his foot and said, "I'm waiting and you're not going anywhere until you answer me. " If I told him the truth, he would never believe and think I was lying. But if I don't tell him the truth, what am I going to tell him? Ella thought sadly. 

Hi readers, 

Ella is late to school and Mr Philips is asking her why. She dosen't want to tell the truth because she thinks he won't believe her but she doesn't know what else to say. What Ella do? Find out in the next chapter: Believe it or not?! when it comes out. Until then, au revoir!
