Taehyung followed the bunny around, and it mimicked a lost puppy with the way he was right on Jungkook's heels. He didn't even notice that Jungkook was messing around and led them in a circle around the living room a few times.

"Master?"

"Hmm?" Tae hummed with red cheeks.

"Why do you have flowers?"

Tae glanced at the bouquet and then back at Jungkook. "It's a secret."

"You're not gonna give them to someone, are you?" Jungkook asked. He was worried he'd messed up bad this time. He reached out and held Taehyung's free hand in his own two, eyes beginning to blur as he waited for an explanation. "I sorry a-ate flowers! Please no replace me."

Taehyung pulled his hand out of the other's so he could gently cup Jungkook's cheek. "I'm not replacing you, bunny. I just," he hesitated before lying. He didn't want to ruin the surprise. Not when he hadn't gotten to see the one his permanent guest had for him. "I just thought they were pretty." He smiled and gave the mentioned a chaste kiss. "Now, what were you gonna show me, Kook?"

Visibly brightening up, Jungkook held the other's hand tightly and dragged him through the sliding screen door out to the backyard.

Although appropriately furnished, the yard really seemed to only have one thing in it : the flowers all around. The colorful plants were the first thing eyes were drawn to. Poor lawn furniture.

Of course, this wasn't new to Taehyung. After all, he planted them. But the flower bed was his favorite. It was the most colorful and largest area of flowers. It was his daily muse. Was. Now, he'd found a new one.

His old muse, the previously wrecked flower bed, now sat flipped right side up. It looked different, and, er- unique, now that it had a giant sunflower at the front.

"Ta-da!" Jungkook waggled his hands infront of the flowers as he stood to the side. "I fixed the flowers! Kinda!" Taehyung let out a giggle. Jungkook didn't like it. "What?!" He asked with his hands on his hips.

"Nothing, you're just really cute." He said with a bright smile. He walked closer and inspected it. Taehyung's smile just kept growing until it hurt his cheeks. One lap around the flowers wasn't enough. The roses were fixed as best as possible and now there were a few different flowers mixed in from around the garden as well as wherever else Jungkook stole them from. The dried out flowers were familiar to Taehyung and immediately rand a bell in his head. He'd definitely stolen those dying tulips from his neighbor. All it did was earn a chuckle from him. Sneaky boy. "You did all this?"

Jungkook eagerly nodded. "I didn't know the flowers were yours. I'm sorry. So I tried to fix it and make it pretty. Look how colorful it is!" Taehyung smiled and wrapped an arm around Jungkook's waist, pulling him to his side and giving him a kiss on the cheek.

"I love it, Kookie. You're the best bunny."

Jungkook's ears straightened in shock. "You know other bunnies!?" He tightly clung to his master's torso. "No, you can't! You're only my Master!"

It was cute to Taehyung that Jungkook was so possessive. This harmless bunny boy was acting like he could really be a threat to anyone.

"Don't worry, I meant that you, my bunny, are the best. I don't know any other bunnies."

"Good. Only my Master."

"I'm your Master?"

With blushy cheeks, Jungkook confirmed. "Yes, if you want to be. Please be my Master, Taehyungie?"

Sealed with a kiss, Taehyung accepted. "I'm not really sure what that means but yes, I'd love to be your Master, Kook."

"So, do you like it?!" Jungkook pointed to the big sunflower at the front.

"It's better than ever, baby. But we need to get rid of those little yellow ones."

Jungkook looked hurt, "Why?! I worked so hard to get them all here."

"I'm sure you did, baby." He apologetically held Jungkook's soft cheeks in his big hands. The universe right in his palm. "But those are actually weeds. They're not good for the other plants, so we need to dig them out whenever we see them in the yard."

Jungkook frowned, "I'm sorry, I didn't know."

Taehyung ruffled the other's hair and gave it a peck. "I know, Kook. It's okay. It just means you can eat those flowers as a snack." Jungkook visibly perked up. "In fact, why don't you help me tend to the garden next time. You can eat all the weeds as a treat and I get to see my flowers grow healthy. You're the best flower of all."

Jungkook hopped in place and it made Taehyung repress a squeal. That happy 'thump' noise would have such a special place in his heart.

"I can help! I can!"

"Yes you can, bunny. But not right now. It's getting dark and I don't wanna get bit by mosquitoes so let's go back inside. We can pluck the weeds tomorrow."

Jungkook nodded and reached for Taehyung's hand, not thinking much of it. He never thought much about showing affection. Taehyung, however, fought with himself to hide the creeping blush on his neck and ears. His heart sped up. The feeling of Jungkook's hand in his own was lightning in a jar. No matter how often it struck, he'd never stop being shocked.

"Come here, Kook." Taehyung pat his lap once indoors as he sat on the couch. As they'd both come to learn, Jungkook's favorite seat is his master's thighs. Taehgung wasn't sure if being clingy was a rabbit thing or just a Jungkook thing, but he wasn't complaining.

Obediently, Jungkook followed orders. He was giddy inside as he straddled his master and laid his fists on his chest. He was always going to keep trying to be a good bunny for Taehyung. It meant hugs and carrot soup. Certainly not things he'd ever pass up. Jungkook couldn't contain his giddiness anymore and let out a giggle.

"What's so funny?"

"Nothing," Jungkook shook his head. "I just like you, that's all."

Tae smashed him close to his chest and gave him loud cheek kisses. They always earned him laughter and he wasn't going to get tired of hearing it anytime soon.

Taehyung sighed, "I'm sorry I got mad at you, Kook." He looked away, ashamed. "I was just frustrated with the flowers. I work hard to keep them pretty, you know? I was just sad that someone I love so much was the one messing with them." He turned back to Jungkook's now blank face. "But you're more important than the flowers to me. I can't be upset with you over something you didn't know. It's not your fault you didn't know the flowers weren't snacks." When he didn't get a reply, he began to worry. "Jungkook?"

"You...love me?"

Taehyung's eyes widened as he realized he'd accidentally confessed amiss his apology. Boy, was he panicking. "Well, I-I, I don't think I'd like, per say, to, uh, to be-"

"You love me?"

With a sigh, "Yes, I do." Taehyung sincerely replied. He brought the bouquet up between him and Jungkook. "These are for you. A snack." Anxiously, he smiled, waiting for whatever came next.
