Ludmila's POV
I sat impatiently on my bed as I waited to hear the little tap on my window. My best friend, Diego, always threw a little stone at my window. It was a signal and it meant 'come outside'
Then I heard the tap and ran over to the window . Diego waves at me and I sprint downstairs
I jog out the front door and greet Diego with a hug
" Hey " he smiled "Hey " I smiled back
We walked to somewhere we went everyday, the park
Diego noticed an ice cream stand and runs over. He bought me a chocolate one and got himself a mint flavoured one
" So " I licked my ice cream "How's you parents ?" I asked
He let out a long sigh and licked his ice cream
" not good. They're splitting up" He said
His mom and dad was fighting a lot but I never thought they would break up
" Well whatever happens, you'll be alright " I smiled
We continued to walk until his phone bleeped and we stop walking
" It's my mom" Diego said reading the text . " She wants me home " He added
" See you later " I waved and we both walked off in opposite directions
