BEEP..ughh shhh it's too earlyyy. what time is it nowww? 8:21?? I-i'm late again..ugh this happens too often. Oh man I have work too, maybe I should just use my skateboard to get to school and then go to work after. You get dressed and put on your skate shoes instead of your uniform shoes, you skate to school and remember you forgot to bring your uniform shoes. Oh crap, today is just not going well. While you're skating back home to get your uniform shoes you see Tsukishima Kei on your way. You say to yourself, Oi is that tsukki?
You yell out,
"Oi tsukki!!"
Tsukishima says,
"Oi baka don't call me tsukki. It's tsukishima. Sayonara."
Pfft four-eyes. He's so salty. You get back to your house and it's already 8:56am. School starts at 8:30am. U GHJZDGJFSA I'M SO LATE. I'm skipping school today. I don't care.T~T Back at school
The teacher from class 1-A asks if anyone has seen y/n. Tsukishima says,
"I saw her skating, I think she forgot something."
The teacher says,
"Alright thank you Tsukishima-kun. Today our lesson is about..."
In school, Tsukishima starts wondering where you went and why you didn't come back.
4:30pm ~ September 27, XXXX
Ughh, time for work already. I guess when you read yaoi time flies huh~ You work at the
local cafe called, Strawberry Cafe~!! , where they sell cakes, pastries, and coffee. They are most famous for their strawberry shortcake. You get your work clothes on and put your hair up into a ponytail. You skate to work and get there in the nick of time. Your manager tells you
"y/n-chan~!! You need to be earlier next time. I'll let you off the hook this time but next time you'll work extra! ಠ_ಠ"
You reply,
"Gomen! (sorry!) I will be earlier next time, manager. (-。-;)"
Goshhh..I was only 2 minutes late today. A new record hehe..But still not on time ugHhH y/n get your life together~ T^T You're working cashier today! It's your favorite thing to do at the cafe. You greet the first customer. While you're still looking at your cash register, you say,
"Hello there! Welcome to Strawberry Cafe! How may I help you today?"
You hear a lil chuckle from your customer.
"Pfftt, you work here?"
You look up and see Tsukishima.
"HUHHHH! You!! What are you doing here???"
Tsukishima says,
"To buy some cake, baka."
"What kind of cake..? 凸ಠ益ಠ)凸" you reply
"The strawberry shortcake of course."
"You're gonna eat all that by yourself? Under your breath you say "fattie (;¬_¬)"
"What did you say!?"
"Nothinggg~" you reply
"Well..Today is my birthday, boke."
"WHATTT??? It's your birthday? Pfft, happy birthday four-eyes."
He replied, "Thanks Brat. Can I get my cake already."
You butt in and say,
"But isn't it your birthday, why are you buying yourself a birthday cake?"
He fixes the headphones on his neck and looks at the floor and says
"Look, can I just get my cake so I can leave?"
You say,
"I'll pay for it, Happy birthday Tsukishima. This is my birthday gift to you so stop calling me baka T^T"
He looks up at you, flustered and shocked he says,
"N-no. You don't have to pay for it. Just tell me the total already."
"Too late four-eyes~ I already got it paid."
You give him his strawberry shortcake and Tsukishima gives you a little smile. You notice and turn a little red
"Arigato, (thank you) y/n"
Tsukishima puts his headphones on and grabs the cake from you. He walks away but you notice a little note on the counter. On the note it says "From Tsukishima" you put it in your pocket and continue your shift. Your shift is finally over and you skate back home.
8:36pm ~ September 27, XXXX
You get home, and jump into your bed. I missed you, bed~!! 🛏σ(≧ε≦o) You remember the
note you put into your pocket, you pull it out and read it, it says,
"Oi Chibi-chan, thanks for the cake. Meet me after volleyball practice at the gym. I need to give you something. Don't be late like you always are. (-_-)"
You're a little shocked and can't think properly. You go take a shower and get back into bed and you say to yourself,
"Give me something huh, thats a lil odd" you keep thinking about what Tsukishima is going to give you and can't sleep.
