Okay, this book has been getting a lot of attention lately, so it's about time I gave everyone information about what's to come of this story.
Now, if I were to give a reasonable estimate about how long I was on a hiatus with this story I would say about... 10 months. The reason why, was because I was debating with myself about whether I should discontinue the story or not. I reread a lot of my writing and I personally felt that it was uncomfortably cringey and the storyline was very mainstream and cliche, which was not my intention for the story. I wanted it to be written with tenderness and care so people could feel a deep physical connection with the characters, and I don't think that what I had written was achieving that.
However, I've seen so many comments begging me to continue the story, so I've decided to give it another go. I think that if I'm a little more careful with the plot and character depth/development this time, I might, MIGHT be able to redeem this story.
I'm honestly a little disappointed that I didn't give my characters much depth at all and made the story sound like a Disney Channel highschool sitcom. I want to fix this, so I am giving this story ONE more chance.
Therefore, I am happy to announce that I have officially started Chapter 4, so here you go.
