Part 16

Ags pov-
All of us where sat in the crowd watching, moments later the doors opened and a guard bought teddy in. She was in a orange jumpsuit and handcuffs. They sat her down and I could tell she was nervous. Then they bought in the man, which was wearing the same. He sat down and started.
"Teddy, please tell us your side of the story" the judge said. "I was waiting by a food truck, when he came up to me and told me I was beautiful, he then told me to come back to his house with him, I said no. He then put his hands on my waist and pulled me towards him, so I punched him, I walked away but he pulled me back. So I kicked him and punched him again until I got pulled off of him" Teddy said. "She's lying!" He shouted. "Please sit down sir" the judge said. "Tell your side then" he said to the guy. "I was waiting in line for the food truck when she came over to me and started beating me up" he said. "Oh god" I whispered to Rio. "Okay, we have some whitenesses here to decide who is guilty" the judge said pointing at the group of people. They whispered to each other for a couple seconds before talking. "The person who is guilty is...him" they said pointing at the man. "What no! It want me it was her! She started it" he shouted. "Please stop sir, we have had enough evidence to assure that you are guilty, teddy you may leave" the judge said.

Teddy pov-
I got up and ran out the door crying, I sat down on the grass with my head in my hands. A couple moments later I felt someone sit next to me. "Hey.." erin said. "Why does it all ways happen to me?" I said. "I don't know, I'm really sorry" she said. "Every time I leave someone all ways try's to do something to me, it's not fair" I said. "Come here" she said standing me up and hugging me. "Thank you" I mumbled. "It's ok" she said.
When we got home the house was empty. "Where is everyone" I asked. "I have no idea" she said. I sat on the couch and put ok the tv. "Catch" she said, I quickly turned around and caught the beer she threw at me. "Oh um I don't want it" I said putting it down. "Oh come on, why is everyone so boring" she said drinking half the bottle. "How much of those does it take for you to get drunk?" I said. "Hmm like 2" she said. "Then your only having   1" is Said. "Whatever mom" she said going into Ag and pypers bedroom. "I'm going to bed, wake me up later!" She shouted. "Ag is going to kill you if you sleep in her bed!" I shouted back. "Yeah yeah whatever" she replied.
About a hour later everyone came back. "Oh hey, you ok?" Rio asked. "I'm fine" I said. "Where is Erin?" Daisy asked. "Asleep" I said. "She better not be in my bed" Ag said. She walked over to her room and opened the door, but slammed the door shut again. "Omg" she said covering her nose. "What?" We asked, "the whole room stinks of alcohol. How much did she have?" She said. "She said only 1" I said. "Well it doesn't look like it" she said opening the door. "There is 1....2...3..4..5, 5 bottles on the floor" she said counting them. "Oh." I said.
Next thing we know Erin woke up. "Who are you get out my house!" She said to us still drunk. "Erin you're drunk" brody said. "No I'm not" she said sitting on the couch nearly tripping. "Can someone pass me uhhh umm hmm a uhh a cigarette" she said. "No your not smoking in the house" Rio said. "Chill mom" she said laughing.
We all sat on the couch and started talking. "So when are we leaving?" Ag asked. "The day after tomorrow" Rio said. "Who's house is she staying at?" Pyper asked pointing at Erin who was asleep. "Rios" Ag said. "What I live with him too, I don't want to deal with her!" Delilah said. "Daisy's house" Ag said, "what no, she's probably just going to beg me to get drunk every night" daisy said. "She can stay with me" I said, "what about your dad?" Rio asked. "My dad died a couple days ago.." I said. "What?! Why didn't you tell us" daisy said, "I don't know" I said. "We'll do you really want her to live with you?" Delilah said. "I mean sure she's not that bad" I said looking at Erin. "We will both get a job, re design the house, both pay the bills, that's if she doesn't spend all her money on useless things" I said. We all agreed and waited a couple hours for Erin to wake up.
Once she woke up we all decided to go eat at a restaurant.

Erins dad pov-
Me and my gang where driving to the restaurant in the city, we decided to do a shooting and Rob it. We parked the getaway car at the back and loaded our guns. We put on our masks and went in......
