I hate this book

Teddy pov:

"Is she actually your girlfriend?" I asked sitting down on the chair next to Anna.
"No, she's a psychopath, she thinks every person that kisses her is her soulmate" she said.
"You kissed her?" I said.
"Yep, at a truth or dare game" she said.
"Okay, umm anyways what did the doctor say?" I asked.
"It's just a little concussion so I should be out by tomorrow " she said.
"Right, want anything to drink" I said.
"No im fine" she said.
"Alright, well I better get going I'll call you later" I said standing up.
"Okay bye" she said.

-2 hours later-

I arrived home from being at the skatepark after the hospital.
I opened my front door and was hit with a almost silent house.
The only thing to be heard where loud moans and banging of the bed frame.
"Jesus christ" I mumbled.
I opened the door to my room and sat on my bed, redgie following behind and resting on the end.
I opened up my laptop and started doing some missing assignments.
"Fuck, willow!" Erin moaned.
Willow? no way.
I plugged in my headphones to drown out the noises coming from the other room.

*hour later*

I finished up my work and stood up from the bed. I opened my door and walked out into the kitchen, making myself a peanut butter sandwich.
I was too focused on making myself food that I didn't realise the house was quiet.
"Erin?" I called out.
Guess she's not in.
I walked over to the calendar that was hung up just above the counter.
"Oh shit" I mumbled, totally forgetting Halloween is 3 days away.
I grabbed my phone and text the group chat.

Me: what's everyone being for Halloween?

Ag: me and pyper and being a police officer and prisoner.

Rio: wow Ag a classic.

Ag: yeah ik

Rio: imma be a devil 😈

Ag: and you say mine is classic 🙄

Daisy: me and Brody are going as joker and Harley Quinn

Me: your going to look so good in a Harley Quinn outfit

Daisy: ik 💅

Delilah: oh shit, I completely forgot about Halloween so idk yet.

Me: literally same

Erin: imma be a stripper

Ag: I dare you

Erin: okay bet

I switched off my phone and put on my shoes, grabbing my skateboard on the way out.
While riding to the costume shop my phone vibrated in my pocket.
I looked at the screen and saw 'unknown number"
I pressed accept and held it to my ear.

"Teddy is that you?"
"Yes, who's this?"
There was a couple second silence before the person responded.
"It's your dad"
"Dad? B-but I-"
"Yes I know Teddy, your scared and confused but please can I stop by so we can talk?"
"Um sure, I'm free tomorrow"
"Okay thank you, see you soon"

I ended the call and switched directions, now heading for my ex girlfriends house..

"Hey Teddy long time no see, how are you!" She said opening the door.
"Hey Hannah, I'm...not okay" I said pausing in between.
"Oh shit what's wrong" she said pulling me inside.

Me and Hannah where in a relationship for probably over a year. We ended on good terms which is great because she's a amazing friend. She's the only one that really knows about my family, that's why I came to her, plus she's kinda hotttt.

"It's um.. my dad, he's alive and wants to talk to me tomorrow" I told her.
"Nope Nope Nope Nope" she repeated, walking away from me.
"Come on Hannah, I need your help!" I pleased.
"Don't go" she simply said.
"Why?"
"It's a trap, he wants to find out if you still live in the house, he'll take all your money and spend it on drugs again" she said seriously.
The thought of that instantly made tears stream down my face.
"But he's my dad!" I said.
She moved closer to me.
"You've got me, Anna, your friends, don't you? We're like your family" She said.
I looked up into her eyes and stared for a while, before I crashed my lips onto hers.
We kissed for a couple seconds before she pulled away.
"what was that for?" She asked.
"I- I'm not sure, I should probably go" I said quickly before walking out the door.
