Emmas pov:
Me and Norman were having fun playing tag like always sense we were only 5 years old that's when we had saw mommy go up to ray
"Hey why don't we go on and Scare them" I said with am evil smile "why tho?" Norman asked me "because it will be fun pleaseeee" I pouted Norman sighed and agreed

I grabbed Norman's wrist and hid behind a tree behind mommy butt also to where ray couldn't see "are you sure we should be doing this?" Norman asked "shhhh and duh" I whisperd thats when we heard ray humming a certain type of song but we had not Idea what type it was

I looked to see mommy terrified at ray that's when she spoke "r-r-ray w-where d-did y-you l-learn t-that s-song" mommy said her voice more terrified by each word

Me and Norman were confused I saw Norman trying to think what she meant by that but that's when we heard ray said with a soft smile "hey mama why did you give birth to me" Norman and me had gasped at the sentence that came out of his mouth but we stopped are selves so no one could hear us

Mom sighed in relief Norman and me looked horrified at the thought of her sighing in relief after him asking such a sad question she then had replied "for survival"

We couldn't believe the the words we were hearing from mommy and ray I tried to think about it but my thoughts were interrupted by ray smiling them nodding and going back to reading his book i looked at norman and said "how can he be so calm about this?!?!??" Norman didn't reply

"that's it I'm calling ray on it" I said about to walk towards ray but then Norman stopped me by saying "don't what if it's sensitive topic for ray you don't want to hurt him do you?" I turned to Norman and said "well of course not b-but still!!!" Norman looked at me with a serious glare then said "then we can maybe bring it up when were older"

I looked at him them looked down at the grass for a moment then back at Norman sighed in defeat and agreed
