Everwood Boarding School: The New Class

Chapter 5

        " Love interest much?" Kate arched one of her eyesbrows, then made kissy noises. " Tell me when to leave the dorm unlocked." Kate smiled and punched me in the arm. " Come on lovesick stranger, I wants some romantic sushi."

        I followed, my mind still trying to register what had happened. A handsome guy had grabbed my waist, and looked me in the eye. That has never happened before.

         Kate kept on babbling about her life and about how much she would like a boyfriend while I just really wanted to get on Howrse and start a discussion in my forum. I finally tapped Kate on her shoulder, my giddy expression telling everything she needed to know. " Go, shoo, I'll eat by myself."'

        I sprinted away, grinning from ear to ear. A glass door blocked my way and when I looked at the sign it read Watcha. very weird name for a dorm but whatever. I yanked open the doors and jogged to our room, entering my room. 

        Zoe was on the couch, a martini in her hand. She reclined, fluffling the gray pillows she had set up. " hey Zoe, so I am going to unpack and stay in my room, I would appreciate if you don't touch my room." 

        Zoe gave me one glance and and waved her hand. " Whatevs. But if you bring ANY of your fugly decor I won't hesitate to to redecorate." She smiled, and unpaused the Glee episode she was watching.

        I skipped into my room just to relize that Zoe had decroated it. In black and gray. Bore..... I took it all down, ripping of the black bed sheets. Now, where is my laptop. Oh, over there. I opened it, giddy with excitement. 

        After three hours my eyes were burning my sockets and I had to stop. Tommorow was tryouts, I seriously needed rest. But, I looked around, gray and black.

        I got up and put my horsey slippers on. " Zoe." I screamed. "Where did you put my horsey suitcases with the pictures of Cliff, the black horse?" I whined, knowing her she would probably have thrown it away.

        "It's in the other dork's room, Kate I think. It was so hidious I thought she would probably want this trash. Where did you even get it? I think you glued the pics of your horse on it." 

        "Thanks. Your SO sweet Zoe." I walked into Kate's room grabbed my bags and lugged them into my room. Then I unzipped the bags and looked inside. So much stuff to unpack. Maybe I could unpack tommorow? Yeah, much to lazy today. I crawled into the covers and fell asleep.
