Lilly's POV
Today is the day. I am going to Spain with my mum and dad. They promised me if I got decent exam results that we could go on holiday. I got 6As, 2Bs and 1C so we are going! Anyway my name is Lilly - full name Lilly Mae Summers. Everyone just calls me Lil. I am so excited I can finally get my tan I have been dying for. I was going to miss Chloe and Sam though it is only fot two weeks. Chloe and Sam are my bestfriends, we have known each other since year 1. Our mums are all great friends which I suppose is awesome.
"Lilly, come on get ready, you've got 20 minutes!" my mum wiled up the stairs. I climbed out of bed and wandered in to the bathroom before brushing my teeth and washing my face. I jumped into my clothes that I had picked out 2 nights before because obviously everything had to be packed.
I run downstairs and looked in the kitchen cupboard. Hmm..Cheerios or Wheetos. Cherrios!. I pored myself a bowl of cereal and used the last bit of milk because everything had to be used otherwise, everything would of gone past the sell by date by the time we got back.
BEEP! 'Come on Lil" my dad shouted. I ran to the front door, pulled on my pink converse, grabbed my coat and stumbled to the car.
