I rose up from the water and pulled my self back on to the deck. I was gasping for air, my entire outfit was soaking wet. I was just totally drenched, I stood up and ran towards the trailer park. The heaviness of my drenched clothing was slowing me down.
I ran up to her trailer hard of breathing, I knocked quickly. "Kenny!..." I coughed. "Kenny!" She opened the door, tears were streaming down her face. "What do you want Joseph?.." I sighed with my hands on my knees. "You and me, we're going on a trip together." She sniffled and had a puzzled look on her face. "Let's go!" I ran out of the trailer parks as she followed along with me. We ran and ran until both our tears were gone, our feet trampled through the puddles, sticks dirt. Then we reached the mountains. "Why... are we here?" She said out of breath. "Because look." We both looked at the sky, "wow..." We both said with harmony in our voice. The sky was bright orange and yellow, the most beautiful sunset ever. "Kenny do you want to be a boy?..." I asked. She looked at the sky and back at me, "yeah, sometimes." She shrugged her shoulders. "Do you want to be a girl Joseph?..." I shook my head, "sometimes, yeah..." We both shrugged our shoulders and starred at the sky. "Hey maybe you could be my secret girlfriend, I could be your secret boyfriend!" I smiled and kissed her on the cheek. We both laughed, "Yeah! hey, Then when when we grow up.. We could be husband and wife!" She kissed me back on the cheek. "Do you Ms. Josie take me to be your husband?" We both laughed loud and it echoed the mountains. "One day, Mr. Kenny."
