Chapter Five: N-bomb No More

Jennifer knew she couldnt just give up on Ellie so she got herself into the tank. Ellie's recruits have took notice and got equipped with miniguns while driving cars to stop Jennifer. Many soldiers ignored Ellie due to main focus on stopping the bomb. Soldiers went to try to take back their base. Jennifer knew she had to drive through all the way since she cant actually do anything about the miniguns. Jennifer used her tank to ram them over and fired at Ellie's tank. Ellie tried to push Jennifer away. When Jennifer realised she felt force from Ellie's tank she got out of her tank to try to get into Ellie's. Ellie heard the knocks and opened the roof to push Jennifer out. Jennifer evaded to fall inside the tank with Ellie. Jennifer took out another injection only to accidentally inject herself with it when Ellie pushed her with alot of force.
The injection was made for people with cyber tech put into them to keep their mkst important memories kept but because Ellie wasnt cyber tech person. The injection would be found poisonous for anyone else to use it. Jennifer felt the pain struck through her veins. Jennifer felt weak and with her last few movements she grabbed an injection and used it on Ellie. Ellie got her memories back.
'What happened to you?!' Ellie asked in worry.
'You injected me with the thing that seems to have certain side affects on people who are bionicless' Jennifer replied.
'You think you can help with this mission?' Ellie asked.
'Of course. No poison can stop me!' Jennifer claimed.
Ellie steered the tank and drove back to the base.
A member of Ellie's clan noticed this and remembered when the leader said 'If you see me steering away from the airports it means I have betrayed you all due tl unknown reasons'.
'Everyone Ellie has gone rogue against us' the member yelled on phone.
Bullets quickly got fired right at the tank. Jennifer tried to fight the poison and grabbed a gun Ellie had to take out the clan. Jennifer also noticed how much closer the nuke was to exploding the entire country. Ellie rammed the tank over her own people and eventually arrived at the base.
Jennifer's poison only continued to get worse during the battle into the base. Soon it didnt take long when Jennifer collapsed to the ground unable to move. Her body started to shut down.
'No! This can't be happening!' Ellie cried.
'I think my time is up' Jennifer replied.
'At least you have redeemed yourself, Ellie Rose' Jennifer smiled.
Those were the last words Jennifer spoke before life was taken out of her body.
Ellie shot through many of her people thanks to the help from the government. Ellie knew the only way to stop the nuclear bomb was to get something to touch it. Something that was close to stop the bomb. Ellie got into one of the government's rockets and started flying up to the n-bomb. Ellie remembered all the things that happened throughout her life. Her conflict with Henry that soon turned into love. Being a criminal, losing many loved ones, creation of a clan so major now her redemption was here to claim. Ellie flew high into the sky and steered towards the bomb. Who knew that the actions she caused was going to be how her life will end. It was only fair that she would repay the favour after the killings she caused that influenced others to join. Ellie felt the bomb hit the rocket she was in. She didnt realise how painful the explosion was to go through. Ellie saw her bionics all falling apart with her skin blackening away turning to crumbs like her rocket. Ellie's actions stopped the bomb explosion which also took Ellie with it. Of course Ellie was aware she had to sacrifice herself so she did die for what she wanted to put a stop to.
