I woke up to the sound of the shower with quilts wrapped around my body. My stomach rumbled at the thought of food. "Oi Dickhead!" I shouted trying to catch JDs attention. "Yeah!" He shouted back as I heard the shower turn off. "I want food!" I said wrapping the cover around me and standing up walking towards our leftovers from yesterday. "Well then get some." He said coming out of the bathroom, a towel around his waist droplets of water slipping down his pectorals glistening in the morning light.
"I would, however I am currently naked in a motel room and I need to plan a murder as a fake suicide." I said taking a cigarette out of the packet and lighting it in my mouth. "How about I go get something for you after I've gotten changed." He said coming up behind me and placing his head in the crook of my neck. "Well then I have a couple of jobs for you to do." I told him as I turned round keeping the covers up with my hand. "And what exactly would those be?" He asked me rolling his eyes.
"So, I need you to find out her shift hours and get her to write down 'The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog'. And then also try to find out whatever else you can find out about her." I told him as I put my hand on his chest. "And how exactly am I meant to do that?" He asked looking down at me playfully. "With your boyish charm of course." I giggled as I traced his jawline with my finger.
"And what will you be doing while I'm using my "Boyish charm"?" He asked me as I walked towards our bags full of clothes. "I , Mr Dean, am going to be making sure we can actually pull off this murder. Or else we are fucked." I said putting my cigarette in the ash tray and digging out a pair of jeans and a shirt along with some underwear before starting to put them on. Slowly, I picked up the cigarette out of the ash tray before turning round to JD to see an unreadable look on his face.
"What?" I asked him furrowing my eyebrows as I put my white hair into a messy bun. "How much sleep did you get?" He asked me softly. I slightly glared at him. "You need to stop worrying about me I can handle myself." I said turning my back to him and starting to make the bed. "'(Y/N) you haven't had a good night's sleep since we have been on the run let me worry about you." He said seriously gently grabbing my arms. "I don't need you to worry for me JD." I said sourly shrugging away his hand.
He sighed before starting to get dressed. I went to my main bag and pulled out my notebook and started to write down some plans that would work. "JD." I said just before he was about to leave the room. He paused but he did not look at me. "I know I'm not looking after myself very well. And I know it is getting to both of us. But I promise I will sort myself out." I said desperately. "He turned to me and nodded, an understanding smile on his face, before he closed the door.
I smiled sadly before looking down at my notebook. The best idea that I had had was framing that she would hang herself, but we can't hang her ourselves because it will show struggle. Once I have what I need I'll be able to write the suicide note. The best time to do this would be at night when everyone is usually asleep.
I think the best way would be to put a gun towards her head and force her to hang herself, but we need to be careful cause she might have a gun of her own underneath the desk. We also need to wear gloves so that we leave no fingerprints. This going to be quite the challenge. I thought as I walked over to the bed.
The cotton sheets welcomed me as I laid down on it. In the mirror across from the bed I could see the eye bags that had darkened underneath my eyes. Its hard for me to get to sleep but even when I do I either have nightmares about being on the run or about my parents. They plagued my mind constantly. I wonder if they would be upset with me for what I'm doing or if they would be happy.
They did hate what society had become but I don't know if their hate was strong enough to kill everyone. My dad used to always come in shouting on about some assholes at work or some kids that dented his car. He would tell me not to act like them when I grow up, because I'm better then them. I wonder if he would say that about me now. Is what were doing right? That's the question that had been going through my head ever since Heather Chandler smashed through her coffee table.
"I got you what you wanted." JD said as he walked back into the room interrupting my train of thought. "I get why you needed her shift times but why did you need her to write this?" He asked as he passed me the piece of paper with the girls shift times and the sentence ''. "Because this sentence had every single letter of the alphabet in it. It will be easier for me to forge her handwriting; you didn't happen to catch her name while you were flirting with her, did you?" I asked as I dug into the bag of food.
"Yeah, her name was Kirsten. So, what's our plan?" He said sitting next to me his arm snaking around my waist.
"I think the best one is going to be we force her to hang herself. The way that it will work is in a couple of days we will wait till early morning and you will go into the shop. You will put the gun to her head and give her the supplies to hang herself. Once you know she is definitely dead you come back to the car where I will be waiting to drive us off. In the next two days I want you to find out as much as you know about her so I can make her note sound as real as possible."
"You got that babe?" I said simply turning to look at him. An awed look covered his face, his eyes sparked with excitement "You are so beautiful you know that." He said as he leaned closer. "Yeah, you continue to tell me." I chuckled pecking his lips before jumping off the bed.
"So, what do I have to eat?" I said walking of to the bag he had put down when he walked in. "Well I got us some ramen that you can have since it's past lunch, also some other snacks that we can eat tonight." He said putting his hands behind his head leaning back into the fluffy motel pillows.
"Why thank you darlin'." I said as I dug into the bag pulling out the pot of ramen and boiling the kettle. As the kettle started to steam, I turned to JD to see him smirking wickedly. "Why are you giving me that look you devil." I laughed before pouring the hot water over the dried noodles.
"Because your all mine. Your my angel, my demon, my enchantress. I am so lucky to have met you, because if I didn't, I would have never been able to accomplish my dreams." He said relaxing into the bed. "And your dreams were to be committing murder along with a girl who clearly has issues." I sniggered mixing in the flavour powder before walking over to the bed to lay next to him.
"My dream was to fix the world, rid it of this destruction." He said wrapping his arms around me as I let the ramen soak in the water. "And we will do that, together." I said smiling up at him. "Together." He repeated.
