Chapter 4 - Friends? [II]

My POV

Oh god, someone save me from the embarrassment please. Right now i don't even know where I'm heading but I'm just praying that we find a room along the way to hide from everyone.

As i was praying and pushing him along, i saw a door on the left. That's it! That's just what i needed, a room to hide in!

Without knowing what the room was, i quickly opened the door and dragged him in. After we were both inside, i closed the door and heave a sigh of relief.

Finally away from everyone's attention. And i thought this place would be heaven to me, it's just pure hell right now. I really want to just leave this place and pretend i have never been here.

Just when i thought i could finally take a break, he grabbed my hand and before i know it, i was facing him eye to eye.

"How did you know?" he said.

Although his tone was strict, i could see fear in his eyes. What exactly does he mean by "how did you know"? I don't even know his name, what else can i know about him!?

Before i could reply and ask him what he meant, he quickly let go of my hand and ran out.

What a weird and rude guy, i hope i never see him again! Anyways, what room am i even in? As i inspected the room, i came to a conclusion that I'm in a restroom. The problem is, what restroom is this?

I quickly went to check the stall to see if there were any sanitary bins, and sure enough, there was. Yep, it's the woman's restroom indeed. Guess my luck wasn't that horrible since i ended up in the woman's restroom which i was looking for...wait. If this is the woman's restroom and i just dragged a guy in... oh god what have i done.

But what he said and what i did does not match up. Not only that, his facial expression does not match up too. A normal guy that got dragged into a woman's bathroom would be embarrassed. At most they'll ask why they were brought in.

But what he asked was a how question, not a why question. He was also afraid of something... does it have a link as to what he thought I knew about him? Whatever, it's not like i know him or he knows me. Let's just forget everything that happened here and carry on with what i was supposed to do.

I went into a stall and started to change out into my dress. The dress is surprisingly easy to move around in and I'm kind of digging it. Thanks bf/n!

After changing into the dress, i quickly put on my mask and headed out of the stall. As i was fixing my hair using the mirror near the faucets, two girls came in and started to fix their hair while conversating.

"Did you see that guy just dominate everyone at station 17?"

"Yes! He's definitely skilled although his outfit is... questionable."

"I mean it's not like the event had a dress code. His hair is kinda cute though."

"Ah, now that you mention it, his hair colour reminds me of pudding."

"Exactly! If i remember correctly, his name tag wrote applepi"

"Does he like apple pie that much? Anyways, are you done? The event is starting soon."

"Yeah, let's go."

Click* the door closed behind them. Did i just hear them say someone is dominating a station of game? I wonder who he is. He must be very skilled to be dominating everyone in a event filled with top gamers. I hope i get to see him and maybe even play a round with him!

Maybe i should head out now and see if i can find him. The girls said he was dominating station 17, so if i go there i might see him! Alright, let's go!
