the truth (2? eh)

k so i hit writers block for a month (and still ig), this chapter might be shorter than the others.

we were having a speech about how tooth fairies in human realm are literally reversed dentists, everyone was so into it but when i tried to get the focus off of it to ease up a litte, i saw that blake was trying to sneak out to somewhere, with his scroll ringing. i thought it might be something important, so i let it be. but when the educational thing ended i realised, he hasnt come back yet. 

when me and willow got back to our dorm, nobody was there, it was strange we thought,  because the last time when we saw luz, she was weak and tired as frick. we waited for them for almost 3 hours, thinking they might be walking around somewhere or went to the store or something. but then i got tired of waiting, i stood up "might as well look for them" i said to willow, she looked up from her scroll "be careful though, it might be dangerous this late at night" she said "i wont promise anything, but i will try" i told her. 

i made my way to the enterence and started to look for them anywhere but still didnt find her.  them. i asked the teacher if they have seen them but still nothing, they said, they wont do anything until day after today, it was an hour of searching without results. i gave up looking for them for day, so i went back to the dorm. when entered the room, i saw that blake was back but there still was no sight of luz. i sigh and flop on the bed, not even, not having the strength to deal with him. "still didnt find her?" willow asked, i shake my head, few minutes passed "have we tried of calling her" i said, there was another silent treatment "..no" she said "but i might now" she took her contacts open.

"why do you care so much of the human" blake asked me "first of all, she has a name, luz and because shes our friend" willow said said, he rolled his eyes "a friend that yelled at her and treated her as a crap?"he said as she pointed at my direction, i wanted to say, 'its not like you have treated me any better' but the words didnt come out of my mouth. my toughts were distracted by a loud noise that came from luzs side of the room, i went over there to look what was making that noise, turns out it was luzs human scroll thingy. "i guess it was useless calling her anyway if we did" i said putting back her scroll where it was.

"its already late, maybe we should get some rest" willow suggested "she might come back at the night" i nodded, we turned the lights out.

on the very early in the morning i noticed that blake was about to leave, i thought of following him this time, i put on a invisibly spell. he leaded us into the deep forest, into the most random house ive ever seen. it has been like an hour walk and my spell was wearing off. when he was about to enter the house but he noticed me. 

"what the heck are you doing here" he said  "i- uh- was" i mumbeled "are you spying on me?" i look down "wait- wait, are you suspecting me of the human girls disappearance?" he turned her voice more into yelling, i stayed quiet because it sounded like a lecture from my parents. "just go back to the hotel" he said "not until you show me the house, just to make sure" i said, he hesitated for a moment but still let me in. 

i didnt find anything suspisious "so is it enough to prove you im pure?" i furrowed my eyebrows "fine" i mumbeled, i made my way back, still 'suspecting' him.

when i finally managed to get back to the dorm, i saw willow was awake, "tonight we are going to look for her together, i already know where to start" i said.

when all the day activites were over me and willow started to walk over to the way to the forest "how do you know where are we going?" she asked "ive already have walking there and i left the road to there showing" i said "then the question should be why?" she turned to me "lets talk about it when we actually find luz there" i said, we kept walking. we finally got there. 

i put on a spell on the house to unlock the door so we could get in, we started searching to any clue and after minutes of searching, we found a little door under an weird carpet, we entered it, we looked around the the big hallway that had a lot of room for some reason, most of them were empty but some had random junk in it, when we managed to search all of the room there, there was last door left. 

and the thing we found there was shocking, there was luz she was tied up onto a chair, her lap was either covered with flower petals or with blood and she seemed pale and passed out and she was bleeding from her head alittle. we ran over to her, i was trying to hold my tears in while untieing her, while willow checked if she still had a pulse, she luckily did, next to her there was some sharp needle with a tube. 

i took my scroll out for a moment, thinking, maybe i should call help from my sibling, but i put the scroll away not too long after, because i knew i had to do this myself, i burshed the petals off her, and put on healing and protection spell, just in case something serious will happen to her. 

i sighed and i scooped her into my arms and we speedwalked out of the house and trying to  carry her off of the forest, it was already dark out, we were taking the another course than we came in, just in case if wed run into blake. 

half way out, i got a little tired of carrying her, willow noticed it "need help?" she asked "sure" we stopped for a moment to switch places, as we did we saw luz trying to open her eyes, she was  about to say something but all we could hear was low pitched sound "luz??" i asked her panicking, i really was on the verge of tears, and i could see the worry in willows eyes.

we kept running out of there, and we finally managed to get back to the hotel, we were calling for help, a lot of people came and they called the teacher to come with them. after that luz got hospitalized and they sent an owl to the owl lady who came as soon as she got the message, me and willow had to answer the questions they had, they questioned everything. 

when they got finished with us, they went to search for blake who was no sight to see and we didnt hear anything of him afterwards. and because of the incident the field trip was canceled, like it should have been.

its been alot of days since luz was hospitalized, and ive visited her everyday, to hope shed wake up soon. when i went to visit her today i saw the doctor coming out of the room she was placed in, she told me, she was awake.

when i entered the room, i saw luz looking out of the window, i ran over to her and suprised her when i hugged her, "i thought id never see you again" i said thru crying "me neither" she said as she hugged me back also crying, we stayed like that for a long time, until we finally calmed down.

i sat down next to her, "do you know when are you getting off?" i asked her "the doctors said i could get could get out of here in less than a week, thanks to the spell you did to me, if you hadnt done it or found me in time, i would be dead right now" she said, we stayed in the silence for a moment "yknow, im seriously sorry about the things i said the other day, i think i was just tired" she said "i guess i didnt think either, i should have thought how the things would have been in your point of the view" i said "also what happened to you when were in that basement" i asked her.

she shrugged "i dunno, i dont really have any memory of that, everythings blurry, all i can remember is, he knocked me out when he realised i overheard his converstation with someone, he said that i would be only in a way or something" she said "if you remember anything more than that, let me know first, okay?" i said, she nodded "is it me or have you actually gone soft, blight?" luz smirked "of couse not" i chirped "whatever you say" she mumbled, smiling and looking into nothing.

"oh" i mumbled, catching her attention, i take out my scroll "edric and emira asked me to tell them when you finally wake up, so they could do a party to you or whatever" i said, "oo, what are they gonna do?" she asked with interest "i dont know, i hope atleast not something stupid" i said "doubt that" she said.

we kept talking and make things straight between us, until my visiting hours got over and i had to go. 

when i got to my house i was both over excited and exhausted from talking to luz, so i tried to sneak past my siblings who were in the kitchen, it was succesful. when i climbed to my room i closed the door quietly to not let them know my prensence. 

i flopped down on my bed looking at my scroll, at the picture i took with luz in the hospital before leaving. "damn, shes cute" came out of my lips without realising, i put my scroll away and turn off the lights.
