The small taxi pulled into a dirt path road. I saw a boy that looked around my age with brown hair walking towards the taxi looking a bit confused. I stepped out of the taxi and straightened out my dress and black Ray Bans as the driver started to get my bags. The boy approached me and said, "What's a pretty girl like you doing over here? You do know we aren't opened right now, right?" The driver set my bags down next to me, I paid him and thanked him and he was on his merry way. I looked at the boy and said, "Oh I'm not here to see the show! No. I'd like to join!" He responded with, "What are you talking about? I don't see anything odd about you! All I see is beauty!" I blushed a bit and said, "I like to hide my deformities." He smirked and said, "Well let me introduce you to Elsa... I think she'll like you! Oh! And by the way, the names Jimmy, Jimmy Darling." He stuck out his hand for me to shake. It's was odd because he was wearing gloves in the Florida heat. I didn't pay much attention to it seeing that maybe he liked to wear the gloves. I grabbed his hand and smiled saying, "Rose-Ann Black, but you can call me Rose." "I like it." We walked together to a big tent. As we walked I noticed a lot of people, like a VERY tall woman and in her arms was a VERY small woman. I also passed a man with tattoos all over his short arms and neck. As I passed him he smiled at me saying, "Hello love!" Me and my shyness was only able to give him a quick smile. We arrived to the tent, before going in Jimmy stopped me and said, "Lemme see if she's ok with seeing anyone right now" I nodded my head as he went. I decided to eavesdrop to see what they were saying. I heard Jimmy say, "Miss Elsa ,there's a new girl seeing if she could join us. I think you'll like her!" I then heard a very rich German accent of a woman say, "What did I tell you about pretty faces Jimmy? Now let me see her!" I was a bit confused about the whole pretty face thing but I didn't pay much attention to it as Jimmy appeared out of the tent and signaled me to go in. I walked into a beautiful tent with light pink drapes everywhere and beautiful furniture with a chandelier hanging right on top. I was In complete amazement. As I got out of my quick day dream I looked at the blonde woman sitting on one of the couches. She said, "Please sit! We can start our interview." I sat in the couch right across from her and plopped my bags right next to me. "So first things first. What is your name?" I smiled and said, "Rose-Ann Black, but I prefer being called Rose." "Hmmmm. Ok Rose, so what's your deformity?" I slowly and hesitantly took my sunglasses off to reveal my eyes. Elsa looked at my eyes with interest. I had the gift of having Rainbow eyes. Yes that's right! Rainbow. My whole eye was a covered in stripes of Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Violet. She said, "Wow! So what's your story?" I hated talking about my life because I had the worst life someone could have, but she asked and if I want to stay here I gotta tell her right? "Well my whole life up until I was about 13/14 I lived with my parents. They told me they 'loved' me. But when they abandoned me I knew they had been lying to me my whole life. So I travel around America trying to find a place that would except me and my deformities and I stumbled upon this place hoping they'd like me!" I could tell Elsa was really listening and enjoying my story as for the whole time she would nod her head once and a while. "Where are you originally from?" "Upstate New York, Syracuse to be exact" "Wow... That's a lot of moving around!" I nodded my head. She smiled brightly and said, "Well... Welcome to the family!" I perked right up, "Really?!" "Of course! I like you! You've gone through a hard life, you need a break from being miserable!" I jump out of my seat and hugged Elsa tightly, "Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!" "No problem." I let go of her and sat back in my seat to see what she would say next. "JIMMY!" She yelled, I jumped a bit from the unexpected yell. In came Jimmy almost the same exact time she said his name. I knew he was listening in on the conversation! "Will you please take Miss Rose to an open tent until we are able to get her proper caravan?" He didn't say anything. Just nodded his head and grabbed my bags and waited for me so I could say good bye. "Again Thank you!" "Oh would you stop Thanking me? I take in a lot of people! I'm used to it! Oh and if you didn't hear already I'm Elsa Mars" I smiled giving her a little wave and then walk out with Jimmy. "So now your one of us huh." "Yep! I'm very excited to meet all the others!" "Well dinner starts at 6:00. I'll introduce you to everyone! I'm sure they'd outta like you!" We arrived at a small tent with a small bed with a night stand next to it with a lamp on top and a dresser. It was small but it was good enough for me. "Well, this is your new home for now! Glad to welcome you to our little family! I'll let you get settled in." "Thank you! I'll see you at dinner." We gave each other a smile and Jimmy left. Well, this is it! I'm finally considered a "Freak."
