Date Night// Chapter 4

We all got back to the fair grounds and all I could think about was the date tonight. When we all got out of the truck I immediately ran to my trailer. Moments later after I was in my trailer I heard someone knocking at my door. "Ugh! Who could be bothering me right now?!" I thought to myself while walking over to the door. I open the door to see Eve standing there. A bit confused why she was here, I asked "Can I help you?" "Ugh! Don't act stupid! You know why I'm here!" She said back at me in a sassy tone. "Um, to be honest I really don't!" "Ugh! I know about your little date tonight with you and Jimmy, and the girls and I want to help you get ready!" I could feel my face get red from embarrassment. How could she know about the date? Before I could respond she had me by the wrist pulling me towards her trailer. When we got inside I saw Ma Petite and a women I've never met. "I don't think we've met yet. I'm Desiree Dupree, but you can call me Desi." She held out her hand for me to shake. "I'm Rose-Ann Black, but you can call me Rose." They lead me to a chair and began work on me. Ma Petite was doing my nails while Eve did my makeup and Desi did my hair. They all pick out a out a black dress with white polka dots all over it, with some black heels. They finally gave me a mirror so I could see myself. "So, what do you think?" I examined my whole face. Desi did a wonderful job making my long black hair in beautiful curls. And Eve did an amazing job by giving me a cat eyed eyeliner with plump red lips and topping it off with rosy cheeks. I looked down at my nails and saw Ma Petite painted my nails all black with little roses on both my ring fingers. "I love it! I could never do this on my own! Thank you guys so much!" I got up and gave them all a big hug. "So what time is the date?" Desi asked. "Umm, 8 o' clock." "Oh my god! It's 7:50 now! You better get going! Wow time flew by!" I really wanted to stay with them but I'd rather be with Jimmy. "Thank you guys again! I don't know what I would do without you all!" I said my goodbyes and I was on my way. I couldn't wait to get there, these heels were killing me! When I got there I saw a little blanket laid on the ground. The only thing that wasn't there was Jimmy. Confused, I started to look around for him. I started to back up and bumped into something, "Hello beautiful." I jumped a bit turning around to see Jimmy standing there with a big grin on his face. "Oh my god, don't do that! You scared me half to death!" He just started to laugh and grabbed my hand leading me to the blanket. The whole night we laid there talking and staring at the stars. We were learning more and more about each other. I wish we could stay like this forever. The more we talked, the more I fell in love. We both started to get a bit tired so Jimmy decided to walk me home. Just as I was about to walk in my trailer, Jimmy grabs my hand and turned me around. "I had a great night with you." "I did too Jimmy. You're the sweetest guy I've met." Then it happened. I see Jimmy start to close his eyes and lean in. I did the same. Our lips connected and it felt like firecrackers went off. I didn't want to pull back but eventually we had to. He looked into my eyes and said, "I love you Rose." "I love you too Jimmy." I am officially making this the best night of my life.

A/N: I haven't been updating a lot I know! I may give up on this story. I haven't had a lot of motivation to write and I'm getting kind of bored with it. I have another story in mind and I really want to do it. I don't have much to say so, bye guys!
