I was standing in the court, to my opposite side stood the master, there was a weird silence In the background, and also there were people talking, light murmurs about me being insane and the master planning to kill me for my Callen weapon.

I was pretty sure non of that was true, since I am not insane,
Or am I?

Anyways, moving past my dilemma I scanned the surroundings, not surroundings more like the master and his pupils I was supposed to fight.

The master had looked as blatant and as unreadable as he ever was, his eyes seemed dull without any light, as dark as the space itself, standing next to him were his star pupils,

Rick the bronze pupil, Reenie the silver pupil, and Ryli the golden pupil,

Ryli didn't have any a hint of fear in his eyes, why would he?
He was definitely going to kick my ass,

He's face said,
'I ain't holding back, kiddo!'

On the other hand,
Reenie looked a little anxious, but I was pretty sure it wasn't because she was scared of me,

The master walked forward until he was in the middle of the court,

"So"
He said loudly, so the whole room could here,
There was a pin drop silence and his voice reverbrated all throughout the compound,

" Matt Jarlockes, are you ready to take the pupil test of Adet dojo!" He asked in a firm yet loud voice,

"Yes, yes I am!" I said, in the same firm yet loud voice,
It sounded a little weird, like a wedding call or something,

"Okk then,
Let me announce the rules,
It would be a continuous three on one fight, the contestants can use whatever weapon they want, any kind of martial art is viable, a fighter only looses when he/her is knocked out or declares that they have lost, killing the opponent is not viable,

Doing so would ban you from the dojo for a life time, the challenger may take ten minute breaks between opponents if he so chooses,

If the challenger manages to win against all three of his opponents, he will be accepted as the new pupil of the adet dojo.

The challenger will fight the opponents in the ascending order of ranking, that is, starting from the bronze pupil Rick and ending with the golden pupil Ryli

So contestants, do you have any doubts?"
He asked,

"No

Let's just begin the show"
I said, grinning like a madlad,

The master descended to the sidelines,

"Very well,

I forgot to state, I will be the judge"
He let out a smirk,

That was a little... weird,

His smirk suggested he will be going to cheat, but I never imagined him as that kind of character,
