Reality Shifting

1. IT IS NOT AS EASY AS BREATHING

While many people on Amino claim that shifting realities is as easy as breathing and that we shift into different realities on a daily basis, the truth is that since we've been conditioned to believe there aren't other realities and that we should stop fantasizing and live in the real world instead, it can lengthen our journey to our desired reality. Mental health problems also play a factor in this.

2. METHODS ARE NOT NEEDED

When you ask someone who has shifted, 90% of the shifters will tell you they've used the Sunni method or the I AM method. I am not going to go over these methods, because I don't think you should even do your research about them. Methods tend to overcomplicate your journey by adding frustration. I've tried methods myself and I can confirm that they are mentally tiring.

Honestly... all you need is YOUR OWN SUBLIMINAL and a lot of patience and time. It's not like you cannot use somebody else's subliminal (two young girls, one of whom is named Lucy, indeed used YouTube subliminals to shift, one shifted permanently to her desired reality, leaving a clone in this reality). It's just it's best if you make your own, tailored to your own needs.

3. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE IN AMINO GROUPS

Sure, it may seem lonely sometimes. You may want to share your progress with somebody. Since you ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT talk to anybody about shifting (check later points), you may think at first that Amino groups are the solution - you can share your experience there and make friends. Sounds perfect, right? Wrong.

Every shifter's journey is personal. Often, when we see how people effortlessly (at least it seems so) achieve what they desire to, it can lower our self esteem. And to have a journey as smooth as possible, you need to make sure you feel as good as possible. So Amino groups aren't the best choice for you, especially if you have problems with your confidence. It's better to keep a shifting diary instead. But make sure no one can find it and expose you!

4. STAY HYDRATED

Not only Min Eunha (another shifter from Amino who used only subliminals to shift) recommends this, pretty much every subliminal user on YouTube does so. Why? Because staying hydrated relieves the headaches you are going to get. Since you are now a subliminal user, expect to feel more tired than usual and to have more headaches. After all, subliminal affirmations are trying to get stuck in your mind — sounds tiring indeed.

5. DO NOT DISCUSS SHIFTING OUTSIDE OF THE INTERNET

Trust me. People can use this against you by humiliating you and if you're a minor, your parents might send you to the psychiatrist. You do not need any of that.

6. ANGEL NUMBERS ARE AWESOME!

What is an "angel number"? In a nutshell, they are numbers that have repeating digits, such as 555, 66, 11, etc. But numbers such as 12, 23, 34 are also angel numbers.

A special number is 69. It's what I call an exception to the angel number rules.

7. LISTEN NOT ONLY OVERNIGHT

I recommend listening overnight because it is more effortless and it eases the process of getting your desired results, whether that would be your desired height or in our case, your desired reality.

However, you can also listen during the day while you are waiting for the bus, or reading a book or doing your chores.

DO NOT DRIVE AND LISTEN TO SUBLIMINALS AT THE SAME TIME!

HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN SHIFTING SUBLIMINAL:

1. Write down your affirmations. Script your desired reality. Always script in present tense. Remember, anything is possible in your desired reality. If you want to fly, there is a reality where you fly.

2. Choose music. Doesn't matter if it's NCS, rain sounds or K-Pop. Anything works. Literally anything goes.

3. Download your music in WAV format. I literally cannot stress this enough. WAV is the best format because it doesn't ruin the quality of the audio. I personally use a site, called savethevideo.com to download my audio in WAV format.

4. Use Audacity to record your affirmations (again, in WAV format!).

5. Use Sony Vegas to combine the audios. I find SV the easiest to work with. You can use other programs, too, even Audacity.

6. Import your newly created subliminal to your devices and listen to it! Every single day! People say that it's okay if you miss a day of listening but I wouldn't recommend that.
