Year 1

The Philosopher's Stone

"The trap door?" I queried as I held my books close to my chest.

"The Sorcerer's stone, it's in danger," Hermione spoke softly as she glared at Professor Snape who was walking down the corridor.

"Okay then, can I come?"

Harry looked on edge but soon shrugged his shoulders.

"Why not?"

We crept through the halls as Hermione led the way. Our footsteps making loud creaks on the old floor.

She placed her arm in front of us to signal us to stop walking.

"Trevor," I spoke as I saw Neville turn around in his chair.

"Petrificus Totalus."

I whispered and with the flick of my wand, his body froze up as he fell to the ground.

They stared at me, cocking an eyebrow.

"What? I've been trying to catch up. Sorry, Neville."

We apologized as we walked past him, Trevor jumping away.

"Bloody Hell." Ron laughed as his eyes widened.

"You and Hermione are on a new level of scary; brilliant, but scary."

Harry grabbed something, Ron took a deep breath as he covered us in the cloak, "It's an invisibility cloak HarrygotitforChristmasandallthatjazz."

***
Your eyes lit up as you gawked at the sight, earning a small chuckle from Harry. You guys then re-continued your journey as you stepped on each other's feet. Finally, you guys found the door.

Harry shook the lock and pulled the handle without a budge the door stood there refusing to open.

"Get out the way. Alohomora," Hermione spoke as the door lock fell to the ground earning a thud from the item.

We walked into the room as I was greeted with a wet dog smell.

"Bloody Hell." I gulped staring at the dog.

I saw Ron look over and face his body in my direction.

"Hey! That's my line... Bloody Hell."

"Will you two shut up?"

The three-headed dog in front of us snored lightly as the soothing sounds of a harp played in the background.

"Help me lift this," Harry asked as he signaled towards the gigantic paw that had nails as big as my arm.

I bent down grabbing the paw securing my grasp as the soft fur complimented the dog's harsh features.

Harry began a countdown as he started, "On 3... 1, 2, 3! Push." We grunted picking it up and moving it to the side, revealing a trap door.

With that, we opened the door. "I'll go first, to make sure nothing bad happens-"

"Um... Harry? The music- it stopped playing." It was weird and awfully quiet.

We refused to pick our heads up to see our fate above us hearing the low growl of a dog giving us a reason to scream. I retched at the sent of dog breath before seeing a pile of dog drool roll down Ron's shoulder.

Ron had one silent cry erupt from his mouth as he looked as if he was ready to throw up.

"Jump!" Hermione yelled as Harry jumped in, one behind the other we jumped nearly getting our heads torn off.

The dog barked trying to make its way through the small shaft.

My heartbeat almost overthrew the sound of the barking as we landed on something that felt as it was weaved together, feeling the pattern of it being piled on top of each other.

We let out sighs of relief as the barking settles. I looked around, it was a dark sort of like a humid cave, the fog almost clouding my vision.

"Woah!" I pointed at the vine moving up Harry's leg until I felt something creep onto my neck firming its grasp there.

It bound my legs as I looked up to see them struggle with the same problem. Especially Ron.

"Everybody relax, these vines are called Devil snare, they'll only get tighter if you struggle."

"And that's supposed to help me relax??"

I heard Hermione scoff as she closes her eyes slipping through the vines.

"Hermione??" Ron was perplexed as he began to toss and turn. I soon looked at Harry, who's eyes met mine. His eyes widened as he slipped through the vines.

The grip tightened around my throat. As I choked out.

"Y/N can you stop choking so loud, I need to relax."

"No❤"

Hermione's voice sounded close and yet far, as it echoed through the area, "Y/n, just relax."

"What about me?" Ron yelled. He looked towards me sticking his tongue out.

"'Because, I'll know she'll listen."

I looked back at him sticking my tongue out. He rolled his eyes as he continued to struggle.

I let in a deep breath relaxing my nerves. I felt my heartbeat slow down as I slipped through the vines.

I landed on the floor as Harry helped me up. Hermione looked up shielding her eyes from the dust that fell.

"He's not relaxing is he?"

"Not at all."

I hope your having a good day, stay safe and, yea! :) Also, Ron and Y/n have a more "evident" friendship
