Year 1
Philosopher's Stone

"We've go to do something!" Hermione spoke as she frantically walked back and forth. I stood there as the sounds of Ron's screams were muffled. Which was awfully hard to try and relax too.

"I remember reading something about this in Herbology... I just can't remember what." She snapped her fingers as if she was trying to connect the dots.

"Um... devil snare, is deadly fun but will sulk in the sun! That's it!"

She reached for her wand she aimed it towards the vine animal creature thing as she spoke two simple words, "Lumos Solem."

A radiating light shot from her wand and into the vines we shielded our eyes as Ron's scream and a loud thud let us know it worked.

"Ron are you alright or something like that." I scoffed as he dusted off his clothes.

"Yeah, no thanks to you. Lucky I didn't panic."

"Yeah, your luck Hermione pays attention in herbology." Harry snickered as Ron mouthed a couple of words.

"I- um you guy's, what is that?"

They turned their heads to see keys with wings on them.

"I don't know, I've never seen birds like these before," Ron spoke

"They're keys idiot." I rolled my eyes at him as he mocked me

"THeY'rE KeYs IdiOt. Bloody hell."

We keep walking as the sounds of keys jingling echoed through the unknown area.

"I bet one of them fit through that door." Harry pointed to an oddly large door as we kept walking.

A broom in front of us made us stop in our tracks. "What's this all about." Hermione queried as we watched Ron pull out his wand. I shrug my shoulders as we walk around the broom as Harry stays standing behind it.

"Guy's, I found the key. The one with the broken wing."

He points up to a key that was limp and tottering to the side. "Harry, you can't be serious."

He nodded his head as he waved his hand above the floating broom. "It's too easy... there has to be a trick."

I walked around spinning in circles. "Or maybe there isn't a trick."

I sat on the broom the way the Disney princess sat on horses. My legs hanging off the sides.

Harry got on and that's when the key birds started to attack. I tried swatting them away as the broom began to float higher and higher.

As we continue to move further up I try to adjust my body. I place my feet on either side of the broom causing us to flip over. Hanging by our feet.

"Hey a little heads up next time Y/n"

"Hee hee sorry-."

We get upright once more as the keys chased us around.

"Harry you're a seeker, right? Can you do me a favor and dive?"

"Wha-"

I leaned down causing us to dive down near stone pillars.

"Y/N!"

"Just a little closer." I strained as the key we were retrieving laid limp on the floor.

"Y/N!"

"Trust me, Harry!"

Right as we were close enough I grabbed the key.

"Hermione! open the door."

She caught it as she nodded.

"Okay, Harry... here comes the hard part."

"Excuse me what now?"

"Get ready..."

"Hurry Y/n!!" My head moves to Hermione as the open door catches my attention.

"Ok Harry... NOW!"

We dive for the door as the keys change their direction too. Wind hit my eyes blurring my vision with tears.

"Y/N ARE YOU CRAZY?"

"... yes."

We dive for the open door as keys trail closely behind. I get us through the door as we landed on the floor as my butt took most of the door.

Ron quickly shuts the door. The slam of the door ringing through the darkroom we're in. The keys punctured through the door. The head of them getting stuck in the door. Thankfully.

"I- Y/N you were amazing," Hermione exclaimed smirking at Harry.

"Lol, I know. My butt hurts."

Hi! Alr bye :)
