Why Me!?

Todoroki's pov:

I look at the others who were also thinking of what to say. "Mina was crying because when the power went off our game didn't save." I hear Kaminari say in their defense but Mr. Aizawa just got closer too us. "I want the truth." He says and I let out a sigh. "We were talking about Bakugou." I tell him and he motions for me to continue. "It was about Bakugou and Dabi from last night." Kirishima says with a fake smile. "I can tell when your lying, just tell me. Is it that bad?" he says while looking all of us straight in the eye. "We really shouldn't say anything without Bakugou's permission." I say in Bakugou's defense. I'm mostly worried about what he'll do and we don't have any solid proof from Bakugou yet so we'll have to wait. "Sorry Mr. Aizawa maybe we can talk later." "Fine but I will be waiting. Go get ready brats" He tells us so we did as we were told before regrouping in the lounge area.

When I was done I looked for Bakugou until I saw him with Midoriya. I don't know why but I feel a bit jealous of MIdoriya. I don't like how close he is with Bakugou. I think I'm being to possessive.

I join them and they were talking about cats for some reason, why were they talking about the cat quirk. "when i entered the classroom as a cat I was scared of being swarmed by everyone and for some reason I found it safer with Icy-Hot." I blush slightly but not a lot. "You can call me Todoroki you know." I say from behind Bakugou and I noticed him jump slightly before he says. "Icy-Hot is better." I rolled my eyes as I hear Midoriya giggle.

Bakugou's Pov:

I was a bit frightened when he came out of no where but that didn't stop me from anything. I sigh as I rub my eye, I really should've stayed asleep. I head over to the kitchen and pulled out some orange juice. I was focused on pouring the juice that I didn't notice someone wrapping their arms around my waist until they whispered "Aw Katsuki your weren't even scarred from yesterday~ oh wait what's this." I was to paralyzed to move as the person grabbed my hand that Mina bandaged. I know the voice came from the villain Dabi. "Let go." I whisper shouted at him. "Why~ Are you scared of me?~" he says with a smirk as I swung my leg backwards trying to hit him but he wasn't really there...

I don't like that, I start walking back and all I see is Shiguraki in front of someone's room. I ignored him and went back to the lounge to find no one there. W-Where is everyone? "O-Okay no more games..." I say while looking for them. I felt a tap on my shoulder and just smacked their hand off to face Toga. I thought the pros had her! I felt my heart pounding as I listen to her sinister laugh as she licks her knife. The same headache from earlier had come back and I felt like I was going crazy! Why can't I live a normal life like everyone else! Like friends that will never leave my side, people to comfort me, a better family where my dad isn't abusive and my mom wouldn't have to worry so much. It's to much for me! A single person shouldn't have to deal with this shit!

"Touch me and I blow your ass up!" I shout at her as little explosions sparked in my hands as I got my guard up. I was about to strike but I watched Shiguraki touch my shirt and I just backed up as my favorite tang top got incinerated. I want to SLAP THAT SMUG OFF HIS FACE! I say to myself but my concentration broke when something soft covered my eyes so I saw nothing but I did here counting. Counting to what? I listen to the counting and began to count along in my head. The counting wasn't in any order, I knew this number. It was a phone number I knew. I reach for my phone that was vibrating as the cloth loosened. "Bakugou are you okay? Can you hear me now?" I rub my eye as Mr. Aizawa questioned me. "Huh?" I asked unsure.

"Your team already won the scavenger hunt and since you found the most objects between you, Yayarouzu, and Sero." I looked so confused. "I did?" I said scratching the back of my head. I was in the kitchen, I don't remember playing yet. He gives me a weird look. "Are you okay?" He asked and I not hesitantly. "But since you found the most you can choose who goes home or who you want to stay.You can only pick 2 to get rid or stay with for the rest of the trip." I'm so lost..

Why do I have to pick! I-I guess I can do the second option so I can get home to Mom faster. "I want shitty-hair and Icy-hot to stay." I said without hesitating and Mr. Aizawa just nodded but I left before anyone could say anything.

I went to me and Todoroki's room just to plop on my bed, I had my back facing the door as I stare at my phone. I decide to text my mom.

Me: Hey Mom (Message not sent)

Me: I just wanted to know if your okay, I'll be home soon so don't worry! (Message not sent)

That's weird, why aren't my text going through.. it's just the crappy signal. Nothing to worry about. I say to myself but I got a stomach because I have a bad feeling. I try another text. nothing worked so i went back to the living room where Kirishima was with Todoroki on their phones."Do you guys have any signal?" I asked and they looked at me. "Yea, my signal is pretty good." Kirishima says. "Mines good too, is something the matter? Want to use my phone?" Todoroki offered but I said no. As my phone started ringing and my eyes widened at the number.

"What's the matter Bakugou? Who's calling?" Todoroki asked while moving closer. All I did was gulp before answering.

"Hello?" I ask

"Hello, Is this Katsuki Bakugou?" The person asked

"This is he..."

"I'm sorry but your mom had committed suicide and your father has gone missing."

After I heard my mom committed suicide I dropped my phone as I froze.
