Jekyll walked into Rachel's kitchen, dumping the dirty items into a nearby laundry bin.
"Ah! Doctor Jay! Is Master Hyde okay?! I heard what happened and started to bake cookies for him, I'm really worried—" Jekyll calmly interrupted Rachel.
"Edward is quite alright, don't worry about him. He only had a few bruises." He explained.
"Okay... why did you come in here, then?" Rachel asked.
"I was hoping to take a few cookies along with me back to Edward. I'll be needing a bargaining chip to make him rest." Jekyll sighed, running a hand through his hair. Rachel nodded and piled a few cookies on a plate, handing it to Henry, who, in turn, headed back to Hyde.

When Jekyll reentered the room, he saw Hyde sprawled out on the bed, humming a lullaby from their childhood. The doctor cleared his throat, and Hyde sat up, his eyes lighting up.
"Yes!! She made cookies." He quickly rushed over to grab one, but Jekyll lifted them out of Hyde's reach.
"You only get these when you promise to sleep." Jekyll stated. Hyde huffed and crossed his arms, but suddenly grinned.
"I'll only sleep if you lay down with me~" He purred. Jekyll blushed heavily, his arms lowering. Hyde snatched two cookies and hopped back on the bed, grinning. Jekyll smiled a little, walking over and setting the plate on the table. He sat next to Hyde, sighing a little, his smile falling. Edward nudged him a little and handed him one of the cookies. Jekyll took it and nodded his thanks, slightly nibbling on the cookie, a stark contrast to how Hyde ate his.

Hyde suddenly laid down in Jekyll's lap, much like a cat would. Jekyll set his cookie back on the plate (no else would eat them anyway), and gently lifted Hyde off of himself. Hyde looked at him, confused.
"Let's just lay down, okay?" Jekyll said, doing so. Hyde quickly nuzzled up to Henry, pressing soft kisses to his neck. Edward yawned, his eyes flickering shut. Jekyll adjusted himself so he'd be holding Edward closer. He placed a hand on the back of the blond's head, gently petting him. A low purr rose from Hyde's throat as he tried to get closer, draping his arm across Henry. He suddenly spoke.
"I'm cold." He told Jekyll. "Do something about it." He ordered. Jekyll pulled at the blanket, draping it across both of them. Hyde grinned, kissing Jekyll's cheek.

They both fell asleep in each other's embrace to the sound of the rain.
