Mindless (Facility scientist x Reader)

What happened. . ?

I don't start what I think of as "the good part" until later on! I hate it when they start too quickly ;( . . Anyways, I hope y'all enjoy!

You haven't done anything wrong, have you? You couldn't remember. But from what bits you could remember, nothing wrong was actually done. . .

You had woken up from the buzzing of the blinding light overhead. You didn't remember going to bed here at all, though as tired as you were now, you still hadn't processed what was happening quite yet.

There wasn't anything that you wanted to do but sleep. Or. . Just lay there for a bit since how would you be able to sleep with an insanely bright light right over you? Not only that, but you were starting to hear talking nearby. Possibly in the same room as you.

About two people started leaning over you and talking to each other. Now that there is what started to get your attention. You started to wake up and realize what was going on around you.

You were more confused than you ever have been before. Your heart was racing and you started to feel that sharp pain in your chest (the feeling you get when really scared) along with a headache. You started to sit up a bit and look around. Your body was starting to shake and you couldn't really focus on one thing either.

One of the people who was sitting next to you had put her hand on your shoulder and asked for you to relax. You looked to her with a confused look before looking down at your lap.

The lady's height wasn't know yet since she was sitting, though she looked she would be a pretty average height. She had a lighter brown hair and a while lab coat. There was also a light blue shirt that was under the coat, along with gloves and a mask.

After staring at each other for a few seconds, the lady said with a heavy accent, "we'll be moving into a new room in a few minutes. I would like you to calm down so that we can get this over with quickly". You stared blankly at her, nothing but confusion going through your head. Clearly seeing your look of confusion, she added, "you'll understand what's going on soon enough".

You wanted to speak, but you didn't know what to say. You had so many questions and didn't know which one to start with. You thought to yourself, is she going to be upset if I ask anything? I really can't tell if she's a nice person or a really horrible one. All I want to know is what is going on right now.

The lady had gotten out of her chair and was helping you to sit up on the bed you were put in. That's when you remembered about the other person in the room. She was a girl who was just a little shorter than average height, a bob cut with brown hair, glasses, and the same thing that the other lady was wearing. You had also noticed a small logo on the upper right part of her coat. The same logo was also found on the other lady, and on a few different things in the room.

The girl with the bob cut helped you to stand up while the other one walked out of the room. You didn't know what to call her, so you just went with "Lady". Lady had that same accent as well, and told you that you would be moving to a different room soon.
