"You remember Karen? The bitch who spilled juice on my uniform when I was in middle school? We finally met  after so long! While shopping yesterday and god, I was embarrassed to be in the same room as her! Her face was swollen like bees attacked-" Alyssa frowned when she realized her boyfriend wasnt listening.

"Are you listening?" Alyssa's voice bought  Kuroo out of his thoughts. He smiled, it's the 5th time he heard this story today.

"Of course... so you saw your childhood rival yesterday. You guys picked the same dress at the same time so you were pissed"

Alyssa's eyes sparkled, delighted to know Kuroo was listening. Then she goes on about her experience.

"I cant believe she got herself a boyfriend! I mean she looked ugly but when I saw her boyfriend they actually look great together! He's everything you aren't- fat, nerdy-"

Kenma never left Kuroo's mind since the surprise. Feline gold eyes filled his mind every second every minute every hour everyday. Now, their steamy make out wouldnt leave him alone. Not to mention, the center of his infatuation confessed, only for Kenma to vanish when he returned by the stairs.

Kuroo tossed his McDonalds cup when they passed by a trash can. He had to reject Kenma in the nicest way possible but the latter avoided him like the plague. The kiss was impulsive, Kuroo was caught in a trance as Kenma spoke. His berry lips moved and before he knew it, he smacked his lips on his.

It connected like a puzzle, it moved like the flow of water and it terrified Kuroo. Kissing Kenma felt normal- as if it wasnt their first time. But is it normal to be attracted to your best friend? "So are you down? Make sure to wear something flaunting your body"

Alyssa rolled her eyes, she didnt like to repeat her words. She crossed her arms in front of her gifted bosoms.

"Why weren't you listening- huh Kuroo? What are you thinking about? better be not girls or I'll get mad"

"Ohh... is my baby jelous? Come here" Kuroo pressed his sulking girlfriend against his broad chest. Alyssa wasn't the angel he expected her to be, more like a devil trapped in an angel's body.

"Why will I look for other girls when the most beautiful one is already mine?"

"You're so sweet, do you know that?" Kuroo smiled down at Alyssa. By now, he knew how to deal with her attitude. He leaned down to peck  her forehead.

"Only to you... so before the ants arrive, what did you say? Something about me flaunting my body?"

"Karen wanted to have a double date this weekend and I agreed" She wrapped her arms around his neck. Alyssa loved how broad his chest and shoulders were. Kuroo is the epitome of a greek god and he was hotter than the models she dated.

"I'll show that bitch my catch- she'll feel miserable to see how hot and handsome you are"

Kuroo internally frowned, he didnt like how rude she was. Apparantly, Alyssa has more rivals than friends. Kuroo met her closest ones and they were obviously plastic but his girlfriend didnt listen to him. They were the children of her parent's business partners she said.

However, that very night she declared war at 4 girls in her circle of friends for asking Kuroo's number. This is just how rich kids are- they make friends for reputation and party the night away. Honestly, Kuroo prefered playing video games but he is too in love to refuse Alyssa. So just like always, he agreed to go even if he didnt want to.

"Great! I'm really excited but promise me not to eat fast food this week or you might look bloated" Kuroo pouted at her remark.

"But Bokubro will treat me to burger king tomorrow. He lost a bet so that's his penalty and I'll never say no to free food-"

"No, heck oh my god not those barbique sauce soaked patties. Just the thought of it makes me wanna puke that's like 2000 calories" Alyssa ran her thin fingers on his face, Kuroo lightened up at her touch. She pulled back, looking annoyed.

"And you're still hanging with that rowdy owl boy? I thought I told you to hang out with Ken and Justin... they can take you to clubbing than eat in a disgusting burger joint" Kuro held back his irritation, he hated it when Alyssa talked bad about his friends but he chose to shut up. Their first fight happened when Alyssa said something offensive about Kenma's antisocial   nature. They didnt talk for 2 days until Kuroo apologized. A black van stopped in-front of them, Kuroo swiftly scanned the plate number making sure it wasn't some other car. He pecked Alyssa's lips waving as she climbed into the car.

"Don't forget what I told you! No fast food or junk food!"

Sometimes, Kuroo wondered whether Alyssa dated him for his  appearance.

Shaking his head, he crossed the street to get to the shed. The bus will arrive in 5 minutes. He should stop doubting her, she loves him and he loves her back. Nothing will come in between soulmates, not even Kenma.
