Chapter 14

Airin's POV

As we got inside the waiting area, the whole rooms attention was brought to us with menacing glares. Our team being badass stared at them with blank expressions and went on to sit at the back. I saw a lot of the Genin that graduated from the academy such as Shikamaru, Ino, Choji, hinata, Shino and Kiba. Oh! let's not forget his dog Akamaru! Even if I wasn't allowed to go to the academy (for security reasons) I made sure to at least study them and their fights style to see how much they would improve. I may be young but I got the soul of a grandma. I would love to see everybody become strong, especially Naruto his got what it takes to be a great leader someday.

As I kept looking around the room, some eyes catching my gaze then looking away. 'Tch! Cowards'. I felt eyes throwing kunai's at the side my head. I turned my head to be met with the same Redhead I met a week ago. He was glaring at me with such hate and malice that I can feel the entire air go stiff dead. As we share the same gaze a sudden pain jolted in my stomach. To make sure not to cause I scene or to alarm (if that's possible) said Redhead boy to kill me. I kept composure as I tried to heal the sore spot in my abdomen.

I closed my eyes and focused where it hurt letting the chakra envelope it. But, another pain shot threw it. I closed my eyes harder, pushed my chakra to the spot again. The feeling slowly got better and my tensed shoulders relaxed. I was about to stop the flow of my chakra but something pulled it. I shot my eyes open to be met with darkness and a HUGE cage infront of me I stepped back in surprise.

"Airin Senju." A low grovel-ly voice rang through the dark place. My eyes immediately flicked up starring at a figure I can't see well. 'Wait, it knows my name?'

"Of course I know your name I've been here since you were born, Airin." It answers. I flinched a bit in astonishment. 'It can read my thoughts too!?' Stars at this point were about to come out of my eyes. My thoughts were broken by a deep chuckle.

"Airin, you are in my seal." I comically fell back and shook my head.

"Right, sorry. You surprised me so I didn't have the chance to fully understand the situation. My apologies uhhh..." I looked back up at the cage and continued. "...what are you exactly. Wait! I've read about this before. Jinchuriki's are able to talk to the their tailed beast because, of course, they are sealed within them. I tried getting a lot of knowledge within books because of how much time I lost." I smiled sadly.

"So you understand what you are, Airin?" He asked.

"*sigh I'm certain you are trying to tell me I'm a Junchiriki and you a tailed beast. But I don't understand why I'm only getting to talk to you now?" I sudden warm feeling enveloped my body, like how your mother hugs you.

"For now I can not say. But I shall tell you after you are finished with the Chuunin Exams." I was about to say something but I opened my eyes looking at Minoko's face inches away from me. I slapped her face away so hard my handprint was on her face.

"Ow! You didn't have to slap me that hard Airin!"

Minoko's POV

I was obviously scanning the 'scary' faces of genin ninja, while thinking about the villages they each came from. 'We should be wary of the Hidden Rain and mist ninja. I pretty sure if they approached will be able to take them down. But, conserving our chakra should be the first thing we do. Right? I should ask Airin.' I turned my head to tell the Senju about my thoughts but...her eyes were closed.
