Silence. That's all it was between you and Spencer as you went back to your apartment. You kept looking at him, waiting for him to say something, but, he wouldn't look at you. The knot in your stomach kept getting worse and worse as you two head up to your floor.
In a way, you're shocked that he is even walking you to your door. You thought for sure he would've just taken a taxi to his place. But, no, here you are. Standing outside your door, he has his hands in his pockets. Still not saying a word to you. Spencer always tends to be passive aggressive.
"Spence," the word slips from your mouth as he begins to walk away. He hesitates and turns around to look at you. He doesn't say anything. "please, don't give me the cold shoulder. Talk to me." You breathe deep.
He walks over to you, removing his hands from his pockets. "Talk to you?" He says, inching closer. "Talk to you?? I gave you the chance to tell me what was going on!" He yells. He breathes deep and looks around after he realizes he yelled.
"Okay," you say, opening up the door to your apartment. "I'm not going to do this if you're just going to yell at me." You enter your apartment, letting the door slam behind you. You groan in frustration as the door opens up. You turn around to see Spencer storming inside your apartment, looking furious.
A side you rarely see from your best friend. Especially when it comes to you.
"You don't get to say what you want and then change your mind because I'm angry at you." He says walking over to you.
You look up at him, he's tense as can be.
"You can't be mad that I had sex with Dean!" You yell at him. He rolls his eyes at you.
"You think I'm mad because of that?" He scoffs. "I'm mad because you lied to me, Y/N."
"I-"
"I never heard from you!" He yells, he begins pacing in your living room. "Don't you get it? I was worried because I let you go off with a guy we just met!" He throws his hands in the air.
"Spence, you wouldn't have let me go at all if you thought for a second it would be dangerous." You give him a look.
Spencer looks at you, not knowing what to say next.
"This was your idea, remember?" You point at him. "You made this plan up for me to see him."
Spencer walks over to you, fury in his eyes. "When I said to get a ride from him in the Impala. I didn't mean to let him ride you!"
You gasp at his words, "Spence!" You yell.
"It was unprofessional." He says, storming out of your apartment.
The door slams making you jump. You and Spencer have never fought like this before.
It's been pretty awkward at work since your fight with Spencer last week, you've rarely stayed in your apartment. You've been with Dean in a motel room.
