Most things neglected or wasted can be regained, except for time and a wasted life.

For that we have to face an eternity of regret!

My days and my time are numbered. I have only so much to do much!

The pioneering spirit lives in the loneliest place on the planet, all the while being surrounded by the whole world!

The toughest place in any journey of faith is to leave the place of "known", reaching out to grasp hold of the unknown. There is no other way to get to where you need to go, without first letting go. You have to turn your back on everything that screams out at you with the comfort of what is secure and settled, to pursue that which lives in vision and yet has never been seen by your natural eyes!

1. Abraham's moment of truth did not come when he lifted the knife to sacrifice his son - It came when he left home for the mountain with his boy by his side, carrying the wood on his back.

He could have turned around so many times. Could have doubted his heart. Could have questioned his sanity.

It was during this, the longest journey he ever undertook over a short few miles, that Abraham walked the walk of faith!

Our challenges never come with ease or without sacrifice. In order to find our destiny, we are called to pursue what is real to our hearts and yet also still invisible to our natural eyes.

The challenge is and remains, to walk and to continue walking with the eyes of our heart - by faith, and not by sight!
