New Life prt 6

Grants POV

I spun around and saw around 10 men.
We wings instantly started flapping and making me fly above them.
"How?! Get down here!" The man who touched me yelled.
"No!" I yelled back. I closed my eyes and focused my energy. A black orb formed in my hands. I blasted it down on the men.
"What in hell?!" A man yelled. 7 of the men ran out from the smoke.
"You will pay for that!" They yelled. I flew down and landed on the boys cage.
"Well no really I am the one that will be killing you" I said. I felt my skin go scaly and my arms grew long and strong. I roared when I turned fully dragon.
"What is happening out here?!" A man yelled.
"Oh my god! Scar is out!" He yelled. I jumped down from the cage at the men who were intruding camp. My chest glowed with heat then my neck. I opened my mouth and my purple fire came out on the men. They screamed in pain as they burned to a crisp.
"Scar! What is happening here?!" Afton yelled. I turned to him. I turned back to normal.
"They intruded camp. They came after the boys and I had to stop them" I said it was kinda a lie but not all.
"Oh really what were those men wearing?" He asked.
"They wore black with a red crest on their chest. They had the same crest on their shoulders" I said. Afton nodded.
"That was the enemy" he said.
"Now get back to your cave" he said pushing me a bit. I walked away silently looking at the ground. I went in the cave and just sat there. I watched as night turned to day but I did not leave. I faced the wall and grabbed a stone and started drawing on the wall.
"What are you doing?" A person asked I turned to them. It was a soldier.
"That is none of your business" I said.
"Anyways here's your food" he said dropping a rabbit. I walked over and grabbed it he walked away. I turned in to a wolf and ate the rabbit before returning to draw on the walls.

Eddies POV

A soldier was taking us to see Grant.
'I wonder how his night was' I thought.
I knew we would be sent on to the battle field soon. We seen a great big rock that was split at the bottom for a cave. We walked to it and seen Grant sitting facing the wall with a stone in his hand.
"Grant watch doing there pal?" Gaege asked. Grant looked over and walked to us. His tail was twitching.
"Did you get any sleep?" I asked. He shook his head.
"You need sleep! We are going to war soon!" Josh was practically yelling.
Grant took a step back.
"I know we are. I have been in the army before" he said. I looked at him and went over and hugged him. I looked at the walls the were covered with highly detailed images. It was all of war and us!
"Grant..... I am sorry" I whispered. He got out of the hug.
"You didn't need to see these" he said.
"Soldiers! Get out here!" A man yelled from outside. The soldier that was with us ran out.
"Psíquico, Scar and all the other subjects get out here!" Afton yelled we all walked out. But Grant he flew out and decided to float out.
"I have decided it will be easier if I give you all names. Psíquico and Scar stand over there" Grant and I walked over there and stood there.
"Subject 2 you will be called shiver.
Subject 3 you will be blaze. And lastly subject 4 you will be called Boulder. They all nodded. There was a loud bash and the ground shook.
"They are here!" Men yelled.
"Blaze and Boulder you will be in the front of the battle. Shiver in the middle and psíquico and scar in the back. Let's move now!" He yelled. We all ran to our spots. I was in the back with Grant we were not using our powers yet.
"Front attack!" A man yelled. The front of the group ran at the attackers. We seen Josh and Mully both using their powers.
"Middle!" The man yelled again the middle of the group ran. Gaege made ice spears and stabbed them through the enemy.
"Back!" We heard the man yell again. I seen Grants wings spread he flew above I floated up to him. A tank shot at us I stopped it and made it back fire.

Grants POV

I felt a pain I haven't felt in days. I yelled. I felt the pain of my body tearing.
"What is happening Grant?" Eddie asked. I looked at him.
"Back up please" I said holding my gut. He floated back a bit. My wings spread more becoming flaming large wings. My hands turned in to giant wolf paws the claws were glowing red with heat. My fur was red. My tail became a red scorpion tail. I dove down to the ground. I landed in the centre of the enemy's fleet. I landed in a lava blast burning the men around me to death. I howled. My tail slashed and stabbed 3 men. My fur changed to blue and so did my wings claws and tail. My wings were now water and I turned the lava to obsidian.
"What the hell is that thing?!" Men yelled. I looked at them. There were at least 1000 and they were closing in on me.
"Grant!" I heard Eddie yell. I looked over the men and seen Eddie having chains on him.
"Eddie! Get away from him!" I howled. I flew over the men and landed at Eddie.
"Holy shit!" A man yelled as I crushed him with my paw. My teeth turned to a glowing red and I bit through the metal.
"Thanks" he said. We floated up. We seen that all our men retreated with the boys. We went to fly to them but a net went over Eddie.
"No!" I howled diving down for him. I felt a pain in my side and I blacked out.

*when Eddie wakes up*

Eddies POV

I woke up I was in a black metal cage. I seen Grant was in his normal form. I shook him awake.
"Grant can you get through the bars?" I asked. He shook his head. He pointed to a black collar on his neck. I nodded and hugged him. His wings wrapped around me.
"They are up!" We heard a man yell.
Grants grip on me tighten and his wings and tail were around me.
"Aw wholesome. Now cut the act we know you are both savage beasts!" A man yelled at us. Grant unwrapped me.
"You really think we choose this way of life?! You think we wanted to kill those men?! You think we wanted to be these beasts?!" He yelled his eyes were now turned red.
"Grant calm down" I said calmly patting his back. He looked at me his eyes went back to normal.
"It almost came out again didn't it?" He asked. I nodded.
"What do you mean? I seen you on the battlefield you killed many men!" He shouted. Grant looked back at him.
"We have no choice. Afton is a man with no heart" he said. He looked at Grant now.
"You know Afton? The fool that killed my father?!" He yelled.
"We know him he caged us for years he made us these beasts. He made me part demon!" Grant said back.
"I will let you out if you help us kill him. And only then" he said. Grant looked at the ground.
"We will do all we can to kill him. Only then are we truly free" he said. I got up.
"The boys will help to once they see what we are doing" I said. The man nodded and opened the cage.
"My name is Captain David but you can just call me David." He said.
"I am Eddie the nickname Afton gave me is Psíquico" I said.
"My name is Grant and the nickname Afton gave me is Scar" he said.
"I can he why I am sorry he did that to you. But soon he will pay he said. He showed us to our sleeping corders.

*time skip 4 weeks*

It has been 4 weeks of harsh training getting ready for Afton.
"Today is the day! Today we will fight! Today we will kill Afton! The real threat is Afton get to him and kill him!" David yelled.

Grants POV

"Wait!" I said. All the men looked at me. My tail was swishing because I was nervous.
"He is strong I know he is I had a chance to kill him and it didn't work" I said. All the men were now mumbling to one another.
"What do you mean?" David asked me.
"I burned him with acid fire I crashed him in to the ground and it didn't kill him" I said now men were starting to shuffle scared.
"I know his weakness!" Eddie said.
"What is it?" David asked.
"It is ....."
