He and I.
Me and Her.
She and He.
How do you know which ones to use and what order to put them in.
The trick is easy. For example:
A sentence combining two pronouns should sound the same as when using just one. You just need the verb to be plural.
I know that sounds confusing, but try this.
I am going to ride a bike
He is going to ride a bike
Therefore:
He and I are going to ride a bike.
Another example:
A gift was given to me.
A gift was given to her.
Therefore:
Gifts were given to me and her.
Another example:
Jenny gave a gift.
I gave a gift.
Therefore:
Jenny and I gave gifts.

I know it sounds weird at first, But the trick really is that it should sound the same as if the sentences were about only one person.
