CHAPTER THIRTEEN:DANGEROUSLY IN LOVE

Shawn's POV

(Two Weeks Later)

I woke to see Bey snuggled up against my chest. We had left the hotel a few days ago and we were back at Bey's house and so far we have been fine. I started going back to work and I took up a full time position since I graduated three days ago and we had a little party. I rubbed Bey's back softly to wake her up. She woke up and smiled at me and I kissed her lips. We got up to get ready for the day. I went to Annie's room to see she was up and dressed already. I went to make some breakfast. We sat around talking and eating, I am happy to say we are adjusting well. Annie is on summer break now so her and Bey just hangout all day. Thankfully I have a week-long break starting tomorrow and Annie is going over her friend's house for the weekend. Tomorrow is our ten month Anniversary so I am going to do something special for her especially since I put her through so much with everything that happened these past few and she is not even used to a  normal life yet . I got up and got ready for work and left.

I got there and sat down fifteen minutes later my boss came to my desk and told me to meet him in his office. I got up and went to his office and he told me he had good news. "Well Mr. Carter since you now have your diploma I have  a management position to offer you." I smiled brightly and accepted heartily. " Well all I want you to do today is switch desks and take the rest of the day off and enjoy your break." I nodded still smiling and went to do what he said. I was finished in half an hour and I left.

I made my way back home I walked in the house and saw Annie packing her bag and Bey eating a sandwich. They looked surprised to see me and I sat down to tell them what was going on and they were both so happy for me. Annie then asked me for a ride to her friends house so she doesn't have to walk and I agreed and she took her bag to the car. I quickly drove her over there and made it back home in about ten minutes. Bey was laying on the couch looking at her phone with a sad look on her face. I went over to her "What's wrong" she replied "My mom changed her number,I just tried to text her and It didn't go through."  I sat down and pulled her close to me and kissed her forehead repeatedly until I heard light snoring. I got up and took her to our room and laid her down. I was about to go back downstairs before she whined that she wanted me to lay with her. I changed out of my clothes I wore to work and laid with her until I knew she was in deep sleep and got up to run to the store. I got some chocolate,strawberries,roses, bubble bath,and oil. The I went to Olive Garden to get her favorite pasta. Thankfully I got back in time before she woke up .

Bey POV

I heard noise downstairs and I assumed it was Shawn and I saw him cooking some spaghetti.   
I went up to hug him from behind and he turned around and kissed my lips. "Here taste this."     
He put the spoon in my mouth and it was delicious. I nodded and I started making my plate.
We sat down and ate when we finished eating, he told me to stay put, he had a surprise for me.
I had no idea what he was up to.
He came back downstairs and grabbed my hand and led me up the stairs.
He led me to the bathroom connected to our room and I saw  a beautiful bubble bath.

"It's for you, I have put through so much these last few weeks you deserve this." 
I brought his face close to mine and kissed his lips passionately.
