Getting ready

(Y/N) POV

Me and Mia stayed in the small room for at least another hour in silence...just to make sure they were asleep

"I got some food," I say as she perks up

"Really I'm starving," she says as I look at her

"They didn't give you food?" I ask

"No, they didn't give me anything," she says.

I'm met with mixed emotions. I always knew Dennis gave some people a hard time....but Hanna too? No, she must have thought Dennis gave Mia food

I opened my bag to see some food. I hand Mia some as I realize a new problem

"Do you know how long we will be in here for?" I ask her as I already know the answer

"They said 6 nights... And 2 have already passed," she answers as I nod. 6 nights for her....5 for me. They should pick us up at the same time then

"Ok," I grumble

"What's wrong?" She asks

"They gave enough food for only one person," I say

"So we will have to ration," I say as she nods

"I eat one day and you eat the other," she says

"Yea," I agree as she finishes up

She takes a look at the controls

I wonder if there are lights," she asks as I shine a light on the control panel.

I checked outside multiple times to make sure they didn't come...and I knew they weren't there...but I still had a terrible feeling like I was being watched. I felt uncomfortable with the flashlight on

Finally, Mia flicks a switch and the dining room lights come on.

With the outside being light up, I started to feel more comfortable as if I was on rails for the last 10 minutes as she figured the lights out

"Yes," she mutters celebrating

"That feels much better," I say quietly

"Yea, I agree," Mia agrees

It's not safer by any means...but the fact that it's lit up just gives us more security...as if the massive robots wouldn't try to move in the light.

Mia took charge as she exited the room. I followed close behind as we emerged into the dining room. The light gave me a good look at Mia's appearance.

Her dark hair stretched to about halfway down her back. On top of her head was a Red Irish hat. She had a black blouse and was wearing a red plaid skirt with black stockings. She had a pair of black running shoes. All in all, her appearance was attractive, the only thing that stood out was her blue eyes.

"Ya know, it's just how I remember," she says

"Yea?" I ask as she nods

"It brings back memories for sure," she says as she smiles....and then frowns

I look at the animatronics with a watchful eye...making sure they don't move

"I'm guessing your new around here?" She asks abruptly

"Yea, well...if you consider 2 years, new," I say as she nods

"So you weren't here when it happened?" She asks as I shake my head. She nods almost relieved that I wasn't here when the kidnappings happened

"I heard from Dennis and Hanna you used to live here," I say as she nods

"Yea, my parents moved away after my kid sis--," she begins but stops herself

"Sorry," she says as she heads back into the room almost in tears as she leaves me out here alone

I know what must have happened. Based on her last words...I'm guessing her little sister was kidnapped.

I studied the room with more detail as I could see the room better with the lights on. I wondered into what must have been an arcade.

"All these games just withering to nothing," I say as I run my finger along with one of the consoles. It collected a lot of dust and after I was done I wiped my pants to get rid of it

When I returned to the dining room. Mia was outside again, she was studying the three mascots on the stage

"We should probably look for a new hiding spot," I tell her as she agrees

"Yea," she mutters

"Should we split up?" She asks

"And die like a horror movie...no thanks," I say as she chuckles

"I guess so," she says before we start roaming the halls.

I showed her the place I was hiding for I came to "save" her. It was a good enough hiding room. But we spent the rest of the day looking for a better place

When 10 pm came around. We decided to hide early just in case they went active earlier than expected.

I made sure to lock the door. And we both lied against the wall. The room was creepy. It had spare parts on selves and the skylight above didn't provide us with any light.

"God, my nerves are going off and nothing is happening yet," I say as Mia nods her head silently

"I got to get this off my chest," she begins catching my attention

"I knew you were in here when they started chasing you...I could hear them chase you around the place...and I did nothing to help you," she says ashamed. I knew this already. I didn't want to bring it up...but I knew that it was too loud for someone not to hear.

"It's fine," I mutter

"It's not...you risked your life for me....and I just hid," she says

"I had to really think about it before I distracted Bonnie for you...it's natural...there's nothing wrong with wanting to survive," I say as she sighs

"Thanks....it's been on my chest all day," she mutters. Silence followed as the darkroom made my eyes heavy. Eventually, I found myself falling asleep.

When I woke up, it was because something was pressed up against my arm. I moved to push it away but it held on to me for dear life. It must be Mia...but why is she holding me?

My answer was heard as the doorknob rotated repeatedly. It was loud in the otherwise silent room. I could hear a voice from outside the room

"I'm dead...I'm so dead...just eat me Bonnie...or whatever your gonna do," a voice says as I hear distinct heavy footsteps...before screams start filling the pizzeria as whoever was outside the door started to run. The screams made Mia cling onto me even tighter

"Mia," I say as she shuffles around. I'm going, to be honest with myself, despite my fear of the robots, I wanted to impress her. So, I'm going to make probably one of the stupidest choices in my life

"I'm going to help them," I say as her movement becomes paralyzed

"No...you don't have too," she protests

"You'll be safe..ill come back," I say as she releases her grip

"Ok," she mutters

Without turning on my flashlight. I reach for the door and open it

As I opened the door, the screams got louder. I silently exited the room and shut the door behind me. I can hear Mia lock the door behind me as I walk to the screams
