As sandaime was talking to neesan I sneaked out of the academy with ino we continued the tour to the hokage monument to the park again I had a great time but it was about to last I was informed that I was given a special task with neesan and it was to capture orochimaru the sanin it was a huge honor for me to be given a huge
Task that could decide the tide of war and I'm not alone I'm with a special group that was lead by captain hatake and master jiraiya and I'm a little shocked that ino was part of a group sent to the battle field and I can't stop to worry about her because before I walked her home I can feel sadness in her voice that makes me want to comfort her but I can't maybe it's because of inoichi San being in the war and he hasn't come home yet because of his brilliant tactics and sensory that has become a huge help in the war but I can't show my emotions so when she looked back at me I gave her a true smile that made her shocked I didn't use it often because you can see my smiles are fake but it's worth it to make her happy and then she went to her home with a smile on her face
"Maybe I should smile to her often" I thought as I walked ino I went to my apartment and I packed my gear for tomorrow my neesan left after that chat with sandaime he was in team 1 that's a dangerous group because their at the front lines and we're in second so I'll leave tomorrow but I can't stop to worry about neesan after I packed my gear I dropped it near my bed and I flopped on the bed and tried to relax and sleep.....
Shins pov:I was meet at the battle field I grabbed my rapier and slashed the sound jonins that made a huge slash on the chest it was bloody I can see sound jonins going beserk I managed to put down 3 already but their many and we can push them back I was met with a sound jonin again I was stabbed in the thigh then I grabbed the shoulder of the sound jonin and shoved the rapier to his stomach that made his insides spill out I can hear my team chant to make the sound jonins retreat I let go of the fallen sound jonin in front of me
Konoha Jonins:
"No prisoners!!"
"No mercy!!"
As we pushed the enemy's to the forest we left the battle field and called it a day we will retake the 3 sound base tommorow we collected the injured and went back to the barracks I slept near the captains baracks I washed the blood from my vest and hanged it to dry I flopped on the futton and relaxed.....

As I arrived at the camp I was searching for neesan I heard he sleeps near the captains barracks as I opened the tent I saw neesan asleep so I placed my gear on the bead beside him and flopped on it but their was an alert tone that made us went out of the barracks and head to the captains baracks it was troop transfer and they were arriving Jonin anbu and genin at refilling the army and konoha is draining the citizens of the leaf for it's peace as I was put out of thought my neesan bumped my shoulder and pointed directly at ino who is hugging her father I smiled a little after the sceen then me and neesan went back to the barracks to rest again conserving our energies for tommorow as we flopped down again...sir your presence are needed again ....kotetsu said I had a disturbed look on my face and nodded at him
I stood up and shaked neesan a little to wake him up as he wakes up he follows me to the main barracks and as I entered I can see ino smirking beside his father and neesan was teasing me I just had a emotionless look as we entered inoichi san greeted us ah ...
Inoichi:sai-chan shin-chan welcome

Sai:it's nice to have a vacation for a short week or two
Inoichi:it's hard to infiltrate one highly executed and might I add defensible base that has hidden passage ways all over the sound but there is a catch
Shin:and what is it inoichi-senpai?
Inoichi:there rations are getting low they are in need of rations in order to continue this defense in order to win this we stop the flow of rations and we take out his troops at each passage ways now as you know the last time you were here you blocked 3 right?

Sai:as we leave the tent I was really worried about ino now she is in a dangerous place to be assassinated by sound ninja then I feel someone tap my shoulder as I turned around I saw a cute smile from ino it made me froze a little but I motioned her to come with me we took a little stroll on the base
