I walk down the hallway with a face of anger a fur jumps out from behind a door but I kick the door back into him making him fall onto the wall I knee his head while it's against the wall hearing a loud crack and crunch I continue walking down the hall I open my tac pad to see Soren's tracker still hasn't moved I see double doors lead to where my team is so I kick them open to see them all thrown into cells I rip them all down Soren runs into me giving me a hug then Jen joins in then Vele and Mita then Lexi and finally Sophie
Legion:why are you hugging me
Soren:we are so happy you're safe
Legion:me I was worried about you
I hear a lot of foot steps behind us I retract my shield and spin around holding it out I then hold my team behind me I could feel gunfire hit my shield when they stop shooting I look through the slot in my shield to see furs pointing their guns at me
Soren:legion
I look back to her and nod my head
Legion:you'll be ok
I released my shield from my arm making it deploy into the ground one fur looks at me with a stupid shit eating grin
Fur:hey loser catch this
He tosses a grenade
I jump out from the shield and catch it before it hits the ground I then toss it back
Fur:oh fuck
the grenade explodes blowing everyone at the door frame out into the hallway I exit the smoke and ash standing above them as the lay in agony from the fragments and general explosion one tries to stand up but I punch him in the face I take out my deagle and put a round into his skull
Legion:1 down 4 to go
One draws his assault rifle as I walk towards him he fires at my helmet I don't even flinch
Fur(behind gun fire):DIE YOU PUS-
A bullet ricochet off my helmet driving itself into his head
I look at another approaching him when I get close he pulls out a grenade and begins to laugh I watch as it goes off in his hand it rips through his skin and fur blowing him into nothing but chunks and I get to watch it all because my helmet has a light adjuster something's to bright it protects my eyes something's to dark it gives me night vision I released a chuckle as I turn around to the last two who were right beside each other

Legion:monster huh yeah sure and what were you sent by the goddamn sugar plum fairy queen I'm just a monster cause that's how you want to see me I see furs as monsters to you know

I look back at my small squad
