I won't talk for long because I know you probably want to get into the actual story.
This book is a sequel to one of my books called 'Insane'! It won't make sense unless you read the other book first, which is on my profile.
This story is set in Victorian England, and so the attitudes towards mental health will not be accurate, as you'll know if you've read the first book.
