When I attempt to shift, it's typically sometime around midnight on a weekend or a non-school night. It's also an all-day thing. My every action will eventually lead to my attempt at night. For me, I know that the night is the quietest for me and my household. Your attempt should always be during the quietest time for you and your household, especially if you haven't shifted yet. From what I've heard, shifting becomes significantly easier after your first time, and the first time is always the hardest. So even if you have your routine perfected and you still haven't shifted, don't worry, just keep at it, and eventually, you'll be going home. Also, keep in mind, while you don't have to maintain it perfectly, keeping some of the essential elements and doing them consistently will get you good results. And always take breaks. Shifting requires a lot of energy and concentration and doing it for days on end will only tire you out and exhaust you. If you've been doing that, take a break for a few days or even a week, and then keep at it again.
Morning:
When I first wake up, before I do anything, I listen to a guided meditation, to keep my focus on my desired reality. Doing this when you have just woken up and in a sleepy state seems to do a lot for my focus.
Then I get up and get myself ready and eat breakfast and drink water. Because I'm not actually shifting, I can keep about my daily routine. I occasionally repeat some affirmations to myself, but that's about it.
I do some light chores now like cleaning parts of the kitchen, living room, dining room, dishes, and my room so that I won't have to worry about my parents calling me to do them right when I am about to shift, and I won't have to worry about them, so I can completely focus on shifting.
Afternoon/Evening:
This is the time in which, if I have schoolwork to do, I finish it, and complete any chores I was assigned. I'm the busiest during this part of the day, making sure everything on my end is completed and ready so I don't have to worry about it late at night. Chores like laundry, trash if it needs to be taken out, changing my bed sheets, and the more strenuous chores in the areas I listed above.
I also start asking my parents if they need anything from me, so I don't have to worry about it later. Now I start to eat again. During this time, I've been drinking water constantly, to keep hydrated. While I don't know for sure, apparently keeping hydrated helps with shifting. I can say, from personal experience, that not having to worry about a dry throat and being hydrated definitely made me feel more comfortable. Make sure to drink at least three cups of water a day.
I will also play a subliminal that I use to shift, and start writing down my affirmations: I have shifted, and my script was followed. I do this for however long I feel the need to, then continue on with my day. You can use any affirmations you wish, but this is the one I feel most comfortable with.
Night:
Now is the time where I start finalizing everything. If I hadn't completely finished any schoolwork or chores, now is the time when I finish it. Ironically, this is also the loudest time in my household, as everyone is scrambling to finish what they need to finish and get ready to go to bed.
I'll start showering, getting my stuff ready for the morning, making sure my younger brother is ready for bed, taking my pills, and maintaining shifting concentration. I'll typically get something light to eat, and drink some water. I'll use the bathroom, and make sure my bedroom is clean and comfortable with the perfect shifting atmosphere. If you want, you could light some candles, turn on lights, play whatever music you would like, just make sure it feels like the perfect shifting atmosphere for you, and you can't go wrong.
Once everyone is settled in bed, now is the time for me to really start focusing on shifting, after I settled in bed, I'll play my guided meditation, and go along with it. I can typically tell if I'm close if I start feeling symptoms a few minutes in. After my guided meditation, I'll immediately play my subliminal. I'll immediately get into my shifting method (it's in the first chapter) and keep at it. Because my subliminal is 10 hours long, I don't feel any particular rush to hurry and shift. I know I can take my time, and even if I fall asleep, with the subliminal still playing, and my intentions embedded into my subconscious, I know I'll probably shift, as that was how I got my closest attempt.
Shower Routine:
Eating, drinking water, chores, and showering are the main components in my most successful shifting attempts. Getting anything that might subconsciously bother me out of the way, taking care of my body, and staying clean helps me feel the most comfortable, and feel like I am able to relax properly. Doing all of this alone will seriously boost my chances of success.
Facial Care:
Washing my face
Steaming my face
Rinsing
Gua Sha
Facial Roller
Moisturize (If I'm about to shower, I do that afterward.)
Shower:
Scrub (Please keep going until the water runs clear)
Exfoliate
Shave/wax/epilate (If you want)
Rinse
Moisturize (Essential)
This link is the shifting playlist I created. I got the most out of these two videos. Besides, the simpler the better for me. It makes it easiest to concentrate, and I worry less about Youtube ads disrupting the flow of my concentration. I'm not an expert on subliminals, so I would like to stress that you use these with caution. I have no idea if these are safe or not. These work best for me, so I use them. It's been several weeks since I've found these, and so far, I'm doing okay. However, that doesn't necessarily mean anything. If you know someone who can check if these are safe or not, ask them.

Please keep in mind your routine doesn't have to look like mine. And depending on your lifestyle it shouldn't. This is the routine I've come up with from trial and error in my life, and I've come to realize this routine gives the best and most results for me. I nearly shifted following this myself, so if you would like to use it, or use it to garner inspiration, please do. Let me know how shifting has been for you, and how far you've gotten. I would love to hear from you guys myself.
