Chapter 9- Goten!

This chapter is going to be set at the same time as chapter 8 but in Trunks and Gotens point of view.

**Goten's pov**

I sigh as Mom shouts at me again for not doing my school work, I miss Dad. He and Mom had this massive fight, Dad left and I havent seen him since...
"Are you even listening to me Goten!?" Mom shouts. I nod, not speaking, It has just been my 11th birthday and I looked more and more like Dad as I grow up, I can tell that Mom doesnt like it. That's probably why she shouts so much.. I decide that enough is enough and I stand up. "Where do you think you are going young man!" Mom shouts at me.
"I am going out." I state going into my room and packing a small bag of clothes and other things, I put my shoes on and I leave the house, flying out of the window. I dont know where I am going to go, maybe to Trunks' place? Master Roshi's? No.. Trunks' place sounds better, I fly over to capsule Corp and fly through Trunks' open window. He isn't in his room but I can hear the shower running from his ensuite bathroom, I sit on his bed and put my bag on the floor next to me, he told me I can come anytime but I dont know if this will be the best time.. I hear the shower turn off and a minute or so later Trunks comes out of the bathroom, a towel wrapped around his waist, he sees me and looks confused. "What ya doing Goten?" He asks me, as he goes to his draws and grabs his usual outfit. "Is it your mother being really annoying again?" He adds, I nod.
"Yeah, just needed to get out. You dont mind?" I ask, Trunks shakes his head and goes back into the bathroom with his clothes and gets changed into them. A couple minutes later he comes back out of the bathroom changed, he sits on the bed. "Thanks for letting me stay here Trunks." I say with a small smile.
"Its just fine, I'm sure Mom wont mind."  He says with a chuckle, at the moment Bulma walks in.
"I wont mind what?" She says with a smile. She spots me and gives me a small wave.
"That Goten is here." Trunks states, Bulma smiles.
"Of course I dont mind. Well I came to tell you that I'm going out and I wont be back till later today, your Dad is still here and so is yours Goten. So if you need anyone you can go speak to them." Bulma says with a small smile, before leaving. Trunks gets up and shuts the door that Bulma left open. He then looks at me.
"Video games?" He asks, I nod and he turns on the tv and the game console before starting the game. We both play I try my best to beat him but I lose everytime, I am starting to give up when I hear Dad shout something about dinner, has it gotten that late already? Oh well me and Trunks were having fun playing the video games, Mom wouldn't let me play them at home because they 'are not educational'.. Trunks let's out a cheer of victory as he beats me again, I sigh but end up laughing with him. "I wonder if Dad would let us train?" Trunks mutters as he thinks, he was getting bored of the video games now.
"I dunno.. it is your dad so maybe. He might make us train with him though. And I dont really wanna train with him.. " I mutter, I hear Trunks laugh softly.
"You're scared of him?" He asks.
"No!-" I get cut off.
"You are arent you!" Trunks teases, I pout and cross my arms.
"No. I am not scared of him. I just want to train with someone he is closer to my age!" I state matter of factly. Not making eye contact with him. I hear Trunks chuckle.
"Alright then." He says with a small laugh. I keep my arms crossed with a small pout, Trunks chuckles. I look back to him and stick my tongue out at him, he fakes shock and gasps. I chuckle softly to myself, we then go back to playing video game.
