[Third Person P.O.V]
Klaus was in shock. He didn't expect that. But, he was in shock because of how unfazed he was by it. He couldn't seem to grasp why it was something Hayley wanted to keep to herself.
"Go and tell Freya to fix the pendant. I'll be waiting." Hayley murmured with her arms crossed, and eyes on anything but him. Klaus was afraid to leave her here. He thought something might happen.
"Go!" She pushed him out, and the door closed behind him, and he heard the click when he stood.
"Well then." He took a potion out of his pocket. Freya made it so when he drank it, she'd know to pull him out and repair the pendant.
And just like that, he was in the real world again. He sat up on his elbows, and stared at Hayley's dead body. She was coming back but he feared she wouldn't be the same. Standing up, he went into the dining room, feeling all eyes on him.
Taking a cup and bottle of whiskey from off the shelf, he sat down and poured himself a glass. He sipped it, thinking of what transpired in Hayley's mindscape.
The tone of voice she took. That was enough to make him crave her. With her voice, to the way she jumped on him. Her fighting style is definitely different from what he's seen.
"Thinking of what to say when Hayley comes back?"
Klaus looked over the glass rim to see his little sister, and sighed. Drinking it all, he poured himself another glass.
"No. When I entered that mindscape...," Klaus found it hard to think Hayley's deepest reaches would be there. Why? Because of guilt? It's something he'd definitely ask when she was herself again.
"It was chaos. Fire raged everywhere. It was like hell." Klaus didn't tell her what she said to him, feeling to keep it a secret.
"She attacked me. But I know she wasn't seeing me. Like she was seeing someone else. But it wasn't long until she came to her senses. It was like Hayley was a different person though.
Darker. Definitely sexy but that's not the point." Rebekah burst out in a fit of laughter hearing her brother's last sentence. It took her a minute before she had calmed down.
"Maybe tell Hayley that when she's here again, hmm?" Klaus just blushed a dark shade of red, sipping his whiskey. "Shut up, Rebekah."
He mumbled and she laughed again until Elijah called them both.
Then, they heard a crash. Klaus sped into the room but stopped at what he saw. Hayley was there, feeding off of a maid. She didn't stop even after Kol placed a hand on her shoulder.
"Hayley."
She looked up at Elijah. When their eyes locked, it's like they were having a silent conversation. "What Elijah? I'm hungry, so don't go shaming me. You've done the same."
Blood dripped from her lips as she spoke, before dropping the body. Then she turned to Klaus. "Hayley. It's good to see you. I'd say the same, but I don't think it is good to see you.
I, in fact, think that you're such an idiot." She crossed her arms, making everyone turn to him. He was getting angry. "Why are you upset at me? I did nothing wrong. Actually yes, you did.
One, you invaded my privacy and demanded to know what was in my past which was very painful for me to talk about. But you clearly didn't see that.
And I bet you would have compelled me if I didn't tell you." She accused and Klaus stopped. He, in truth, would not have. But he can tell her that.
