>Y/N P.O.V<
I was sitting in my room, rain pouring outside the window. I've been reading Creepypasta, for a good hour now. Both my mom and my dad are at work, so I've been home alone since I got out of school. I hear the front door open, then close gently and pay no mind to it, it's just my mother.
"Y/N!" She calls up the stairs
"Yes mom?" I reply, slowly standing up, and heading to my door, opening it then walking down to my mom.
"Why didn't you finish your chores like I asked?!" She yells, spit flying into my face. I got confused quickly.
"What? I did get all my chores done though" I said, wiping the spit off my face.
"Does this house LOOK clean to you?!" She yells, grabbing my arm and dragging me to the living room, where beer bottles lay.
"Well, I didn't want to touch dads nasty beer bottles." I say, silently pleading she believes me.
"That's the shittiest reason I've ever heard, clean the living room up. Also get that shit off your body, you look like a boy" she says, gesturing to my beanie and large clothes. I run upstairs to my room, changing into a tank top and shorts, putting my hair up into a pony tail. Then, I hear the door open loudly and slam shut.
"CINDY?!" I hear my father yell, slurred a bit.
"Yes dear?" My mother calls, not as loud but loud enough for him to hear.
"Is that rodent of a daughter still alive?" My father yells, obviously wanting me to hear. I walk downstairs, expressionless.
"Yes dad, I'm still alive." I say, monotone.
"God, why don't cha just go die in a hole already." he mumbles to himself, but I can hear him. "You know, you never do anythin good with your life, you should just go, I don't know, hang yourself. Your useless anyway" tears threaten to fall, and I walk to my room. I'm done with their shit. I'm done with them treating me like I'm useless. Today, I'm going to run away. Where? You may ask, but that I don't know. I grab my duffle bag, put some clothes in it, my blanket, pillow. I write a letter to my parents, which in short says "fuck you." It's still pouring rain outside, the ground drenched in the sky's tears. I slid my window open, ever so careful to not make a sound. I jumped out and ran, I don't know where but I just ran. I soon found myself in the forest that surrounds the bottom of the mountains close to our house. The rain has long since cleared up, I broke. I began sobbing, louder than I ever have, screaming to the world my pain. eventually crying myself to sleep.
