In the morning, cornelius woke up and
then started singing and doing his happy
dance . His mom heard him and thought
something was wrong . So she ran to see
what’s going on . She was shocked to see
what he was doing .
“ Cornelius, what’s the matter with you?
Are you going crazy ? Why are you doing
that?” Asked his mom worriedly .
“ I’m fine mama , I’m just really happy .
Guess what ma ?” Replied Cornelius
“ you got a million Dallars ?” Asked his mom
“ No , My notion worked . I didn’t have a
nightmare last night . I didn’t even have a
dream .” Said Cornelius.
“ Cornelius Simmons , I love you so much
and I’m so proud of you .” Cried his mom
while hugging him .
“ I love you too ma!!” Cried Cornelius.
“ we need to tell everyone.” Said his mom .
When Cornelius heard that he got the
phone and called the news company . He
wanted the whole world to know but he
wasn’t sure if everyone would agree to it .
That’s why he decided to contact a world
news instead of the local news station
Some answered the phone .
“ Hello, this is Earth News Station, how
can I help you?” Said the lady tenuously
“ I have good news to share with you that
will make your life worthwhile.” Said
Cornelius.
“ What's your name kid? And what’s the
good news?” Asked the reporter
sarcastically
“ My Name is Cornelius Simmons , I am
16 and I found the cure for the
nightmares.” Replied Cornelius.
“ Really, what’s the cure?” Asked the lady
“ At night time everyone has to sleep with
the red light on . So if you have a regular
bulb you have to change it to the red one
and try it ASAP.” Said Cornelius.
“ I’m sorry I cant broadcast or publish this until
I know it works , so it might be awhile until
you see it on the news.” Said the reporter
“ okay, thank you .” Replied Cornelius
Cornelius wanted to see it on the news
now but he had no problem waiting . He
bought another red bulb , one for his
mom . That night he slept like a baby and
so did his mom and the reporter. They
were the only three to have such an
amazing slumber .
