chapter 6

"ooHhH shIT" jisung says when he sees the names.

"don't make me regret this" she walks away.

"okay well, I guess everyone's switching rooms" chan says.

"I'm sorry..."

"don't apologize it's no big deal" chan says and he nods.

and once again, 'oo's' come from the others.

the members work on moving their things to their new rooms, felix offers to help out and he does.

after about an hour, everyone had everything settled in their rooms.

"so... do you like your job so far?" chan asks.

"yeah, it's fun"

"that's good"

"what happened to your other photographer?" felix sits on his bed.

"well... one time he came over for a photoshoot and then he left but with no kind of face protection. there was dispatchers everywhere on him, and he got revealed to the public, everyone was following him after that... the next day miseok fired him"

"wow... could that happen to me?"

"probably, but I think miseok wouldn't have the heart to let you go"

"you think so?"

"she likes you, she thinks you're great. we all like you, so she won't let you go so easily"

"really...?" chan nods.

"but still just don't do what he did if you don't want to get fired" chan lays on his bed.

"yeah... I won't"

"chan! felix! miseok wants to see all of us" jisung yells through the door.

"come on" chan gets up and felix follows him.

they walk into the meeting room to see miseok there already.

"hey guys, I just found out some things that I need to tell you" they sit down.

"what is it?" chan asks.

"it seems that your boss has been looking for a photographer before me... and he found one" they all look shocked.

"what does that mean?" felix asks.

"it means..." she looks down. "I can't keep felix as your photographer"

"what? you're... letting me go?" felix asks.

"believe me I don't want to, but he has more power than I do. I tried talking to him but he wouldn't budge"

"but he already has a photographer! he's already here... he did a photoshoot already! how could-" miseok cuts off hyunjin.

"look... I'm not thrilled about it either... I know I don't show my feelings much either but yeah... I do like felix, he's a good guy. but... I'm not in control of you guys as your boss"

"but wouldn't it be better if he was to be here because he's around our age?" chan asks.

"I told him that but he thinks it should be someone who is older than all of you, and you know why"

"that's why he won't keep me?" felix asks.

"I'm afraid so" felix looks down.

"I'm so sorry felix... I have to let you go..." she looks sad as well as the others.

"but he just got here" chan says.

"I know... I tried guys but there's nothing that will change his mind..."

chan sees felix looks sad, he puts his hand on his shoulder.

"what if... we find a way to prove to him that he's gonna be a good photographer for us" chan says.

"what do you have in mind?" miseok asks.

"well..."

"do you think your plan is going to work?" felix asks.

"if it doesn't work it'll at least make sure you don't have to leave... we'll figure it out" chan says, felix showed a smile.

why do I suddenly feel so happy?

"I hope so"

before chan could say anything, felix's phone rings.

"hello?"

"hey honey... I've come to seoul"

"mom?"

"yes! I came to your apartment but you weren't here, where are you?"

"um... let me explain everything. meet me outside the apartment, I'll be there soon" felix hangs up.

"my mom is visiting from australia, I'm gonna go see her" felix gets up from his bed.

"oh... okay"

"I'll see you later" felix says, but before he heads for the door he turns around.

"do you... want to come?"
