"i won't" minho locks their pinky's together

haneul chuckles, shaking her head, "i never liked him, minho. stop being possessive of me" she smiles
"well i have to be, or else they'll take you away from me" minho pulls the girl into a hug

"as i was saying, me and that jerk were friends, and when shuhua joi ed our school, we also became good friends. of course, shuhua was our new friend, i wanted to know more about her and jaehoon was not liking it. he became so aggressive at shuhua for 'stealing me awat from him' that he ruined her mentally, calling her a slut and shit. we were in middle school, that kid was a very bad influence for us. anyway, it was kind off well before he started to hurt her in my absence." haneul sighs and closes her eyes at the memory.

when she found shuhua covered with wounds inside the girl's restroom. her heart broke at once.

"shuhua! was it jaehoon?" haneul dashed towards her friend who was trying to hold back her tears as she cleaned her wounds

the weak girl could only nod, her action made haneul's face red with anger
"i told him not to!" the angry girl was about to stomp out of the restroom to give jaehoon a piece of her mind

a force made her come to a halt
"no, don't.. he'll.. he'll make it worse.." shuhua let out whimpers, shaking with fear

"and let me guess," minho cups haneul's face.
"you blame yourself for it?"
haneul nods making minho frown

"don't blame yourself for everything, it's not your fault that that jaehoon dude has an arrogant and filthy personality, not your fault that you wanted to expand your friendship circle and he didn't." minho's frown deepens when he spots the tears at the brim of his girlfriend's eyes

minho pulls haneul in his embrace and caresses her hair as she cries onto minho's chest
"it's okay, you can cry.. it must be hard for you, right?" he felt a light nod.

"you're so brave, haneul. you've been through a lot. don't think that nobody knows how hard it is on you, because i do. and look at you, after all these hardships, you've still held on, you're so strong, baby. don't worry about the bad times, and extract a positive impact from them, hm? like because of jaehoon, you and shuhua became so close."

minho pulls her head away to wipe away haneul's tears
"so, cry all you want for now but make sure to not cry over the same reason again."
